Dream project. I've wanted to make a rack since high school. Seems u can make any structure after a build like that. I'd be proud of my craftsmanship and ready for bigger things. Wish I had more metal experience
Good build build m8 i am going to build similar just your thoughts if you don't mind . i was thinking using mild steel hollow square tubing 40 x 40 2mm wall .not quite sure of integrity swl of weights for the rig any ideas
If, I'm following right, you did 50mm/ 1.96" spacing on the uprights front and rear face. What hole spacing did you do on the sides starting from the bottom? Thanks! Great work!
This really wasn't meant to be a "how to" or instructional video, so I never bothered to write up all the detailed info for the purpose of sharing. I can tell you that the dimensions of the rack are available on Rogue's website (which is what I used for reference).
Great job, well shot and edited. I am building a wall mount rack - how did you go about lining up the holes front/back? Also, what spacing did you use?
I set up my bench vises to be centered with my mag drill, so that every hole was always in the center of the tube. I can't remember the exact spacing off the top of my head (it likely shows it in the video) but I think it was two inches.
I am sure about the equivalent gauge off the top of my head (everything here is measured in millimeters) but the wall thickness of the tube is about 4mm thick.
Impressive work. This is how Rogue was created. A dude in his garage with his tools.
Amazing Project. Building a similar rack myself and loved to see your approach on the j-cups.

I'm about to build one cause buying one is just to expensive for an 18 year old thanks man!
Thanks for the video
Amazing
Hi, Thru how many bits did you go with your table drill? Busy building my own.. Thanks
Great work brother
Kindly Share Drawings of each parts of Rack. So it can be esay to us for fabricating, Thanks
How much is total cost of materials? Solid work brother
I LIVE IN AMERICA, WHERE IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE TO ORDER A ROGUE ANYTHING :)
How big were the holes ?
hello, how long is the pole? and what caliber is it?
wow fantastic job man, if u could please share the measurements, gauge of the steel or a drawing or a plan for it.
The tubing is all 3" x 3" square tube with a wall thickness of 4mm. The plate steel that I used was all 6mm. The hardware was all 1" (25mm).
Good build build m8

Love your build. Can you share the diagram and dimensions/sizes of this awesome MonsterRack? Like how many tubular steel you buy and the size etc...

@@SkylerKingTW That's alright. Still love your vid tho. Thanks
Awsome
I wish I could do all of that, I don't know anything about welding but I'm a diy, how much would you charge or price this work?
Hi great job! What type of steel did you use? Like the grade?
Cool thing, respect. With that it is like two weeks of hard labor plus materials (and equipment if not have it) to make it. Easier to buy for $1500+
Nice build! Did you use flux core or mig welding. You think a titanium 125 welder from harbor freight will do this job? Or do I need a better welder?
Honestly it would be good enough
Hey dude, what is the name of the bit that you've use to make the holes?
Thanks and best regards.
looks like a slug cutter. A hole saw would probably work also.
Well done mam 👌🏻

What bit and drill press did you use to drill the holes?
I used a 1500 watt mag drill with an rpm of 360 or so. The bit used was a 26mm annular cutter.
Can someone tell me where to buy some steel bars that don’t cost as much as a cheap squat rack on Amazon
Scrap yard
it looks like 7 gauge thickness is it?
I am sure about the equivalent gauge off the top of my head (everything here is measured in millimeters) but the wall thickness of the tube is about 4mm thick.
How much does it cost to make in total?
About $300
@@SkylerKingTW Incredible! Does it have the same strength tho?
@@eveliinatistelgren172 Yes it will. Or better.
😳😱💪🏽🖤👌
Any chance you have an email or social media i can pm u on I have few questions regarding the build
Thanks
