I just finished up scalping and this year I used a big ass tarp and wrapped it up like a burrito, strapped it down.. the thought of it parachuting did cross my mind on the highway 🤣.. it worked really well though and no more bags
i had an accelerator and it had a canvas attachment that went on top that really really helps with dust blowing out of the top, might look at it, made scalping so much easier
My thing is when I hire my guys they have to do all aspects of my business. We do irrigation, mowing, landscape, lighting and pressure washing. My irrigation guys make the most because it’s technical, they go to school to get their CEU’s and they have to have an individual license on top of my business license. The mowing crews and the landscape crew have to help each other out and they don’t like that very much, especially the mowing guys because they figure if they get done 1 day ahead of schedule then they should get that time off. Oh no! They work 6 days a week during the season. I have lost guys because they don’t want to work 6 days a week. There is always someone wanting to work if you pay them a decent rate. I also hate losing good workers but sometimes you have to let them go.

You should consider switching to those reusable bags like Tim the lawnmower man and a lot of others are using.
I have been watching you for a few years and dont remember if that fescue yard is irrigated. Overseeding Fescue in the spring is not recommended in the best of conditions, much less in that OK heat. They are going to need to water the hell out of it this summer or all that new grass will burn up and die out.
Its irrigated. Fescue always dies off in the summer here but some people still overseed to have it til it gets hot!
@stetslawncare overseeding in the fall would provide a better chance for the roots to establish and survive the fall. Assuming they are watering deeply a couple times a week and not for short periods every day.

It’s where we cut low and bag the clippings. It basically clears all the old grass clippings and gives grass a fresh layer to grow through in the spring. Promotes healthy growth and allows the sun to reach the roots faster! Our version of dethatching Bermuda grass
