Personally, I prefer to use oils that are not too dominant in flavour as a carrier oil. For example, fractionated coconut oil, sweet almond oil, or sunflower oil.

Hi cecil thank you for this recipe.However i would like to know if I can use dried rosemary leaves because we don't have fresh rosemary plant..if so how many grams dried rosemary and how to prepare it?
Yes you can use dry rosemary. To prepare the oil, steep 10 grams of your dried rosemary in 60 grams of the oil you wish to use for about two week. Before you filter it, make y^sure you blend for some seconds, then filter the oil.
For the shampoo, you can add 1 table spoon of dried rosemary to 100 grams of boiled water.
