Awww man now idk if my pikachu deck is ready so much to think about it I love it 😭
Half the fun is finding the right build for you and continuing to develop it! 😀
Pikachu options for this deck is good! Either straight up or lost box, you almost never go wrong in this deck for as long as you know how to properly utilize it.
Right? Seems like a powerhouse!
Can't wait to see it in action when it releases 🔥
That pikachu lost box list may honestly be my biggest nightmare
It's got some pretty scary lines in it 😅
Opinion on pika vs moon
@@liamsmusic8708Moon would have the upper hand except for the fact that it’s unplayable because Dusknoir
Thats a spicy spicy lost box
Agreed. The moon match up would be awkward and that's why I mentioned you could run Mist Energy so if your local META sees lots of Moon players you have a way to adapt the lists if needed. Moon has been seeing less play layely though do to dusclops/noir so it's one of those things of accepting you may have one bad match up and not running the tech as the amount of times you'll see it would be quite low. If that changes you adapt and that's half the fun of the game! 😀
I think I like Sparkling Crystal + Teal Mask + Energy Switch...of youre able to get through and Penny the following turn, you dont lose the Sparkling Crystal, so thats nice
Also you could play a 2/2 Shellos/Gastrodon line to stop Stage 2 on the bench, so you could potentially save Pikachu from being chipped by Dusknoir
I between Teal Mask/Energy Switch, and Noctowl grabbing things like Electric Generator could potentially be something to provide fresh Pikachu smacks every turn
To comment on your Galvantula theme...I like the idea of using this, but also I like using the other mechanic in the Galvantula ex deck, being Blissey...since Pikachu is a Tera, you can Glass Trumpet energy to Blissey and then move it to Pikachu...bewteen Blissey/Trumpet, Hourglass and Sparkling Crystal could also ramp Pikachu fairly quickly
Crystal and ogerpon is definetly a solid idea! Love that ❤️
Going to have to give it a go on release for sure 🔥
The galvantula ones def a bit more on the rogue side, Blissey to recharge it is likely the better option but its not a bad partner for pikachu either. More so just experimenting with that one.
I've extensively tested ogerpon eswitch. It works, but it's clunky and can be quite inconsistent getting set up. Miraidon + magneton + maybe noctowl definitely is the way to go
@@emilands3635 nice! I'm basically trying out the Galvantula list, but instead of Joltik/Galvantula, I'm doing Pikachu ex / Teal Mask Ogerpon ex
With Radiant Greninja, and as you mentioned the a 3/3 Noctowl line
It's honestly been very fast and consistent in my testing, sure I brick from time to time, but it's been kind of okay...even had a Briar + Chansey for a 4 Prize win in one testing
That sounds like a lot going on but if you're enjoying it and comfortable with how it runs that's the important thing. It's a game above all else so having fun should be the main point and sounds like you've got that part covered ❤️
I think the first 2 lists are 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Cheers bud glad you like them! 😀
I think your comment is 🔥🔥🔥
My pikachu build is to play 0 pikachu and instead play the new scovillain
Fair enough! Hopefully videos like this help you understand what your opponents are trying to do if you pair into a pikachu 😀
It isnt a pikachu build then lmao
That's the joke 👍
I am playing lost box pikachu, but want to practise with someone who plays regidrago, anybody up?
May be easier to ask in the Discord server 😀
Good to know that I'll need to include cancelling cologne into the tinkaton list
Definetly a good idea, helps for cornerstone Mask & mimikyu too!
Share your tinkaton list if you can, im interested in making that deck

I have some different arts in there, but I worked with another person to make this list basically as consistent and powerful as possible. I hope it works for you too!
@@TripleBtcg 2 weeks later and I just realized tinkaton can't be affected by cornerstone oger
I hate to be a hater but every time japan has cooked something since rotation theyve flopped, its been 0 for 2 on their locally breaking decks, also the deck just released which means everyone wants to play it. Like I want it to succeed bc im all for big basic hitters but like it doesnt look good.
Agree to disagree on this one.
While the lists aren't typically 1 for 1 the cards that have potential will still always do well regardless of where in the world they see play.
I will agree that rogue decks often seem a bit more viable in Japan due to their best of 1 format so running hot may make cards like Hydrapple look better than they are.
For big basics that can one shot Stage 2s, get set up quickly, and have enough HP or a way to tank hits I think it's safe to say the cards will always be good.
What r u smoking? Raging bolt dominated city leagues and just won louisville 😂
And Pult won a regional too. 🤣
Guys dragapult with Pidgeot was top in twilight masquerade, and bolt is the most overplayed deck in format so it will get good results
Pikachu ftw
Username checks out 😉
