Love the video! As a new TCG player this was one of the best video formats I've come across - easy to follow and understand the "reasons" for an action. If I were to give some minor feedback, I know this may require a bit more "production" or "editing" for the videos, but it would be nice to have a small picture/image of each player active Pokémon on the screen, for us to view it and read the attacks and abilities. You've earned a new subscriber - love the videos!
Hey @@PokeTownTV, wanted to add that maybe if it was possible to add an image of cards being played as well, so that new players like us could pause and read them, that would be awesome. Coming back to it after 2 years and don't know any cards yet. Actually stumbled upon this video looking for a surging sparks pikachu ex deck because his ability is really interesting. Thank you very much for the video, it's really well made 😁
@ thanks! We are working on a system to add more things like that. We already add images of the newest cards when they first get into play, but need to see how far we can go into detail since our editor doesn’t know anything about the game 😅 But I’ll talk to him :p
Really nice video, maybe use different coloured sleeves next time so both decks aren't playing the same colour sleeves. I really like the Pikachu list, looks like a really optimal list tbh.
@ i’ll try them, i can’t stop watching your tabletop videos one after another, let’s hope the meta change with surging sparks because there are lot of valuable cards
Hey, I was wondering You were using sparkling crystal on pikachu ex, is it legal, even though pikachus attack specificaly says discard 3 energies from this pokemon ? Thank you very much, loved the video 😊
So, I have a question. If the turn before I use the attack of radiant Charizard, then the opponent switch it to the bench, the next turn I can use the attack again?
New to the game, been playing tcg live for about 3 weeks, like the game a lot. Im not used to seeing table top live versions of the game. Is talking this much the norm? What i meant is as far as letting the opponent know whats in your hand or deck like its casual thing to do? Is it like this in pro play? Do pros and tourney goers basically show and tell their hands?
No, it's not the norm to tell what's in your hand. We do this in most of our table tops to explain what we are doing and to let viewers know our thought process.
@@PokeTownTV i get it. it makes sense, prior to watching your video, i was watching another table top where both players did the same type format. i'll have to rewatch these and listen in more closely especially still getting my feet wet into the scene.
I might be missing something but why did you not attack with char ex to KO iron hands? Does pikachu have any way to 1 hit ko charizard that I’m not seeing?
Charizard ex couldn't OHKO the Iron Hands since it had Bravery Charm attached (Zard attacked for 240 + 30 from Band = 10 HP short). Radiant Charizard could OHKO the Iron Hands ( 250 + 30 from band = 280). And there is a way for Pikachu ex to OHKO Charizard ex by playing the new Gravity Mountain Stadium. It reduces stage 2 Pokémon's HP by 30.
Did you not get locked out with your radiant Zard when you attacked last turn? Took the irons hands, then she counter catchered the pidgeot, you promoted the radiant and then you attacked again on the pikachu?
If the zard gets switched out then the effect wears off that stops it from attacking, this is true for all pokemon that say "During your next turn, this Pokémon can't use XXXXXX Attack" or "During your next turn this pokemon can't attack.
@@peisenxu9519 You can. When your opp. is on 2 prices, you can activate Briar, pop Dusk, opp. goes to one price, you can still take 3 prices from Briar.
That's correct. No supporter was played during the Pikachu player's first turn. It's not a professor's Reasearch but a Squawk and Seize ability from Squawkabilly ex.
charizard could of won on the turn you used ultra ball, could of got lumineon for boss or arven for counter catcher k'o the magneton then she was left with no energy and she wouldnt of had a way to use ursaluna unless she dug for it with nest ball and she would of shuffled the boss or if she used the tatsugiri first she wouldnt of found it boss cause it was 2 cards lower if you didnt use iono
Pikachu player had Arven and energy in hand, so if no Iono was played she could search a Nest Ball with Arven for the Bear and attached the energy for the attack since Bear only needs one Energy when on 2 prizes.

@@pauriusd6626 yes this is legal. This is a case of do as much as you can. You can use Pikachu’s attack with crystal and only discard the 2 energies.
@PokeTownTV ok thank you very much then, that really helps 😁
So, I have a question. If the turn before I use the attack of radiant Charizard, then the opponent switch it to the bench, the next turn I can use the attack again?
Radiant Charizards attack resets when it hits the bench and comes back into the active spot, yes.

Hi this is a great video!! May I know the pikachu ex deck list?

She used Iono twice in the same play. Is there a card that allows that or was it a misplay?
She used Iono only once. She revealed Iono from the Tatsugiri first and played it a bit later.
WRONG
Muito bom. Abraço aqui do Brasil
Nice game. How'd you get the English cards already?
@@carveking they are proxies ;)
why use new ace card on charizard instead of reset stamp?
He just wanted to give it a try, but Reset Stamp is better tho :p
22:36 why do you need dusclops?
Could’ve search for briar or candy dusknoir and winnthe game(if possible)
Pikachu ex's ability prevents itself from being KO'd in one hit so he deicded to get the dusclops to put damage counters on it so it would be KO'd. :p
@@PokeTownTV right i forgot its ability 😂
