    What's the difference between 4in1 and elrs, cc2500 ?

      Choosing between the RadioMaster TX16S with a 4in1 module and the one with an integrated ELRS module depends on your specific needs and preferences regarding communication protocols and usage. Here's a detailed comparison to help you make an informed decision:
      ### RadioMaster TX16S 4in1
      #### Advantages
      1. **Flexibility**:
      - The 4in1 module (CC2500, NRF24L01, A7105, CYRF6936) is compatible with a wide range of communication protocols such as FrSky, FlySky, DSMX, and more.
      - Ideal if you own or plan to use drones and other devices that utilize different protocols.
      2. **Versatility**:
      - Perfect for users with a diverse fleet of models requiring different receivers.
      #### Disadvantages
      1. **No ELRS integrated**:
      - If you want to use the ExpressLRS (ELRS) protocol, you'll need to buy an external ELRS module.
      ### RadioMaster TX16S ELRS
      #### Advantages
      1. **Integrated ELRS**:
      - The ExpressLRS module is already built-in, so you don’t need to buy an additional module.
      - Known for offering excellent range and low latency, ideal for racing drones and long-range enthusiasts.
      2. **Performance**:
      - ELRS is renowned for its superior performance in terms of range and responsiveness, which can be crucial for certain applications.
      #### Disadvantages
      1. **Less Flexibility**:
      - If you need to use other protocols not supported by ELRS, you'll need to buy additional modules.
      - Less suitable if you have models using various protocols.
      ### Recommendation
      - **If you need flexibility and use different protocols**:
      - Opt for the **4in1** version. This will allow you to control a wide variety of devices without needing additional modules.
      - **If you primarily use ELRS and seek optimal performance**:
      - Choose the version with **integrated ELRS**. This is the best choice if you're looking for maximum range and responsiveness, especially if you mainly use ELRS-compatible receivers.
      ### Conclusion
      Depending on your specific needs:
      - **4in1**: Best choice for versatility and compatibility with many protocols.
      - **ELRS**: Best choice for optimal performance with ELRS, without needing additional modules.
      Make sure to understand your current and future needs to choose the version that best suits your usage.

    • @AstroShootingStars
      @AstroShootingStars  8 месяцев назад +1

      @Amarnath2k2 elrs is the open source protocol and yes its efficient and reliable but range depends on the frequency you can have 2.4 ghz elrs with 2km range snd 915 Mhz elrs with 10 miles range.

    • @AstroShootingStars
      @AstroShootingStars  Месяц назад

      you dont need external modules if you use elrs protocol compatible receiver. however if you want to have both 4in 1 and elrs you can do it via external module for 4 in 1 or crossfire. I hope this video helped. please stay tuned to my channel for my future videos.

      greater than 2 km is almost 2 km range is what it means with 2.4 ghz rc if you want longer range use external transmitter like of 915mhz which will boost your range to 10 miles. I hope this helps. Please stay tuned to my channel for my future videos.
