Hi, tamer abd el qader. Thanks, man. Appreciate the positive feedback! Thanks for watching and being a member of the GroomReviews community! All the best!
Appreciate it man, just ordered the andis. Thank you for your review and I hope you get the recognition you deserve for it. You definitely were detailed enough to make a final decision on my purchase. 👍👍
Hi, Truth StateofTexas . Thank you so much for the kind words! You are most welcome and I appreciate your support of the channel! Thanks for watching and being a member of the GroomReviews community! All the best!
I use the andis, and for my particular skin type and tough dense bristles, it shaves my face as close as my panasonic arc 5. Astonishing for the money.
Nice review, thanks! The Braun Series 9 and Panasonic Arc5 I've been told are better shaves than the Andis, but they are also around 3-4 times the price.
Andis used by almost everyone barber in my city. im looking for something for my neck, i have beard trimmer, but i like clean shave on neck. Gillette and double-edge safety razors leave skin irritations. any suggestions? should i try foil shaver?
Hi, Dragunov. Thank you for your question. If you are only concerned with cleaning up the neck, a foil shaver could be a good option. If you haven't used one before, most manufacturers will tell you that your skin needs to get used to the product for a few weeks and that irritation can occur. It's really trial and error to see how your skin reacts and if it is a product you enjoy using. With some of the higher end foil shavers I have reviewed, like the Panasonic Arc 5 or the Braun Series 9, I've noticed less irritation than with the Andis and Wahl reviewed in this video. If you haven't already, here are some links to a few different foil shaver reviews at different budget levels: Panasonic Arc 5 vs Braun Series 9: ruclips.net/video/BFR4_A4Ia1s/видео.html , Braun Series 3 Proskin vs Remington F5-5800: ruclips.net/video/fSO8QSST0C4/видео.html. Check them out and see what you think. Thanks for watching and your continued support of GroomReviews! All the best!
started using a foil shaver a few months ago and don't regret it one bit. personally don't think you can beat the andis profoil for 50 bucks. It's what I use and once your skin gets use to being shaven by it a few times you won't have any skin irritation.
Thanks for taking the time to do these reviews! I currently use a Philips AT899 that I’ve had for years and never changed the heads, but in fairness it continues to offer a close smooth shave. That said, I want to move to a foil shaver as A. having a barbers use the Andis to trim my stubble, I was amazed at how sharp and smooth it was and B. I don’t like the way you have to rotate a rotary shaver, it just feels cumbersome. This review has confirmed that the Andis is the one to get!
Great review I subscribed I wanna know I cut my own hair with clippers can use the foil shaver to do the bottom of my neck & side of my head my clippers get pretty close but I want closer thanks Vic from NYC 🇮🇹🍷ciao
Hi, Rommie26. Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, I have not reviewed a dedicated foil shaver that also includes trimmer clips. There are several beard trimmers that come with a foil shaver attachment, such as the Multigroom 7000 or the Wahl Lithium Ion Plus, however, I think you may be looking for something like the Panasonic ES-LL41-K seen here: amzn.to/32Eg3IS. Now, I have not reviewed this trimmer yet, however, take a look and see if this is pointing you in the right direction. Thanks for watching! All the best!
Hi, Nica. Thanks for the positive feedback and support of the channel! Much appreciated. Thank you, also, for your suggestion of the Remington DuraBlade vs the Rowenta Forever Sharp. I will keep these two trimmers in mind for a possible review on a future video. Thanks for watching and being a member of the GroomReviews community! All the best!
Hi, Syke Crew . You are most welcome! Thank you so much for the kind words! I appreciate your continued support of the channel! Thanks for watching and being a positive influence in the GroomReviews community! All the best!
Hi, Sean. Thanks so much for your continued support of the channel! I greatly appreciate it. Thanks, again, for watching and being a positive influence in the GroomReviews community! All the best!
Damn, I have watched many or your electric shaver reviews, all good info. You have a heavy beard and can be a good judge. I have been using a cheap 3- head Norelco for 10 years. I thought maybe it's time to get a better shaver. I am 90% sold on the Panasonic Arc5 for $150. What discourages me is the $66 cost to replace the cutters and foil. So I thought about the Andis, cheaper for unit and for new heads. But you recommend stepping up to the Arc5. I have somewhat light beard that I shave everyday. With all the shavers you tried, testing, and reviewed, is the Panasonic Arc5 still you recommendation for me? Good reviews, thanks!
Thanks for another great video. You are lucky in that you do have a great 'shadow' that exploits any shaver inconsistencies. However luck has nothing to do with your fantastic, especially useful, and entertaining videos. It's a shame that you don't get more subscribers and views because your reviews always get to the point. You value function over the bells and whistles. I've watched other videos where the person doesn't even cover the shave itself, just tells us the features that we can all read from the box. Thank you for honest reviews and suggestion other products that you may not specifically cover.
Based out of all the trimmers you have tried. What would be the best one to just trim nice where you still have a bit longer hair then stubble ? Just a nice scruff ? Thanks
Hi, Larry Born. Check out my GroomReviews Top Picks 2019: groomreviews.com/top-picks/. Thanks for watching and being a member of the GroomReviews community! All the best!
Just ran into your channel and I’m definitely a subscriber now. I get a lot of ingrown hairs on my neck area which is why I decided to grow out my beard a couple years ago because razors would kill my skin. I’ve been wanting to get a foil shaver for my neck cause I use a Wahl peanut which is made to line up your hair but it’s decent just doesn’t get the hair as short as I want. Gonna keep going through your videos but if you see my comment let me know which foil shaver is the best you’ve found so far! Not too pricey please lol thank you!
Hi, Javier. Thanks so much! I appreciate your support of the channel. With electric shavers, I've found some of the higher end models to work best. While products I've reviewed such as the Braun Series 3 Pro Skin and Remington F5-5800 are in a similar league and lower price point, the Braun Series 9 and Panasonic Arc 5 provide better comfort, but, unfortunately, at a higher cost. I prefer the Panasonic Arc 5 over the Braun Series 9, but it's an expensive product that some may not be comfortable buying. If you haven't already take a look at my Braun Series 3 vs Remington F5-5800 video seen here: ruclips.net/video/fSO8QSST0C4/видео.html and my Braun Series 9 vs Panasonic Arc 5 video seen here: ruclips.net/video/BFR4_A4Ia1s/видео.html. These will give you a good sense of all four of these products to see if any interest you. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching and being a member of the GroomReviews community! All the best!

Thanks for watching and being part of the GroomReviews community! Stay safe. All the best!
Thank you for the reviews. I just ordered the whal finale &wahl senior cordless from Grooming souq store .. I think they’re a great company and they’re just a couple hours away from me in Dubai.I really love it both devices.

Hi, tamer abd el qader. Thanks, man. Appreciate the positive feedback! Thanks for watching and being a member of the GroomReviews community! All the best!
I like how you actually USE the product that you’re reviewing, in the actual Video! That’s great to see! Good job making this video! 😎👍
Just got the Andis as my first shaver and it works great! No more razor bumps or cuts.
I have one on order from eBay!
I have both. It doesn’t matter, in my opinion which one you get, they’re both amazing.😊
I cut hair for a living and I use these to do bald fades. They are awesome.
Appreciate it man, just ordered the andis. Thank you for your review and I hope you get the recognition you deserve for it. You definitely were detailed enough to make a final decision on my purchase. 👍👍

You can use the StyleCraft cutters on both. Better quality.
Damnt Andis wasn’t even on my radar. Thanks for the video. Just want a daily quick face shaver.
How did the price of the wahl shaver go up 30 bucks? the best deal I could find was 96 €
Supply and demand
I love your channel. I'm a black man with sensitive skin. Out of those 2 which is best to avoid razor bumbs?
Thank you for such an informative video. I know the ANDIS can't get wet, but could I use aftashave while shaving with it?
Nice review, thanks!

I really appreciate you putting all of that effort into this video. I'll use the link to grab the Andis!
Finally instead of using a razor I want to buy this foil shave
What’s a good foil electric shaver that also comes with trimmer clips (1mm, 3mm, etc)? Please reply

I'm here on RUclips watching another man shave his own beard. 2024 is a great year
Thanks so much for your informative review of these shavers. Based on your review, I will definitely be purchasing the Andis Shaver.
I’m a home user looking for a razor for my face which I keep bare. My barber likes the Andis, which brought me here, but I’m going to keep looking.
Honest review, what about Remington DuraBlade vs Rowenta Forever Sharp?
