    I have scotia bank's visa scene card. My question is this card gives 1 point when we spend 1 dollar by using it. Later we can redeem these points. If I add 8000 dollars on my credit card and pay my fees. Would I get points then?. Another question is how long it takes to get the payment on credit card. Is it 1 day? Or we can pay instantly after adding money into credit card. Btw this was the information I was looking for. Keep up the good work 👍

    I am at seneca and i paid my fee by debit card. It just shows credit card auto selected while we are selecting payment options but we can still pay it by debit card. I asked at the service hub of our college and they told me.

    • @DhruvCanada
      @DhruvCanada  Год назад +1

      That’s strange because when I tried doing the same it declined and it declined also for my friends so we had to pay either by our Thomascook (Forex card) or by our credit cards!

      Approximately an amount equivalent to GIC should be enough however the most you can show the better.

      And now i completed my masters in india and trying to go canada (recently completed IELTS)
      But the thing is my friend that earlier went canada is 5 or 6 year ahead of me and settled in canada and I'll starts from scratch when i go there 😅😅😅

    This big payment can affect credit score?

    • @DhruvCanada
      @DhruvCanada  Год назад +2

      If your fee is $8000 and you transfer $8000 to your credit card keeping aside the $1000 credit card limit intact and not using it then it won’t affect your Credit Score at all.
