Bro thanks for this very excellent video. One thing I want to add is plz complete this payment process after registering on CIBC portal. You will get login id and password so that you can track the payment later on. Don't continue using as "guest".
How we can track our payment
It means, there is no need to visit bank's forex department? We just do a simple rtgs online without visiting the bank, right? Please reply. Will it reflect as international payment or indian payment?

Third class response of Standard Chartered Bank Mumbai after making NEFT, they have not initialised the fee to CIBC
No customer care service.
I wrote more then 20 mails to Manager and Customer care, still not found any information regarding my application.
Please guide how to get fee return from Standard Chartered Bank as they missed the CIBC deadline.

I did transfer through RTGS, amount transferred to Standard Chartered Bank successful, and it's 5th days after payment initiation, but still not email from CIBC. I sent email to CIBC, no reply. No one picks up calls at CIBC Customer care and customer care is worst. Its been 8 days since I made payment and it is still not credited in my university account. I write them email everyday, but I never get the information that I am looking for

hi, did ur issue resolved? I have also payed my GIC and college fees from CIBC both different transactions with different references, both were done in time within expiry dates, but now CIBC GIC account shows the status as expired and my college offer also shows expired in my college login. Both the transfer money is deducted from my accounts, CIBC GIC is telling they are following up with operations need time, it has been 13 days (12May2021) since the transactions done, can anyone help me in this?
@@HuaweiPLite-mj5sm last Friday the amount was returned back to remitter account. I have re-initiated the payment again. Seems there was some issues/delay in CIBC side. Keep following up with them

Please tell me where exactly we need to write ID and reference code in HDFC bank while doing online net banking. Also please tell me that when we add new beneficiary (college) we can only send 50k rupees in the first 24 hours and 1 lakh rupees in the first 48 hours. However, we have only 3 days time to transfer the amount. So what to do in that case. Please reply to these two queries. I will be highly obliged.
Plz do not use online banking, go for offline mode you will get proof of payment.
I paid my fee on 3april and on 5 it will be expired ..means college told me to pay before 5. My money is also debited. Nd status shown on the tracking bar is expired..please help me
Hi Harman, did your payment got through? It's already 1 month. Because it's the same case for me, amount debited and not confirmation yet. I am in panic mode.
@@flykarthick send a mail to the bank about your status like money is debited along with your credentials. They would definitely reply you
@@harmansidhu6298 Thanks for your reply. My bank confirmed that the amount is reached Standard Chartered Bank account in Mumbai branch. So my bank said they can't track anymore. But no way to reach standard chartered Bank now since I don't have account in that bank. Can't contact customer care also. And no communication from CIBC till now. So I am worried.

As you mentioned to send a mail to cibc then in transaction reference number what to write is it reference code or transaction number which i got from local bank message.

@Akshat Gupta there will be no problem your payment will be done but to be on the safe side you just send them a mail on studenthelp@cibc.com mentioning your student id , reference code, date of transaction and transaction reference number which you got on your phone while neft is done. Cibc will contact you immediately

Do any extra taxes such as TCS of 5% on international transactions occur if we pay using INR to standard chartered bank?

@@kunalkumar7095 I paid one above 7 Lakhs, and there was no TCS applied. The CAD I mentioned, was the same CAD that reached my University. And the bank from where I did my NEFT/RTGS took no extra TCS as well. I even called CIBC, and they said that Standard Chartered does not charge any extra.

@@hanishnarula7731 bro you can split amount and pay so tax will not applicable. In one transaction per person pay less than 7 lack rupees.

Yes. The funds go to a centralised bank in India before they go toh CIBC.
@@nidhikhattar8621 I am going through axis bank for wire transfer. So I should just mention my id and reference number and standard chartered will pay the amount to college, right?
@@melvinmathew4273 Yes, that's exactly what you need to do. But in reference to the information I provided above, Standard Chartered Mumbai is actually maintained by CIBC. So yes, your amount will be transferred to the college in 2-3 business days according to the CIBC website.
