I'm a total barbarian when it comes to sushi. I absolutely love pickled ginger which I add to every piece. It is 'supposed' to be a pallet cleanser between, not something you eat with. I like it so much I have to ask for piles more, every time. I've been known to bring whole jars with me so I can actually have enough.

Go to Tenko sushi in windsor Ontario. Honestly one of the best sushi places ever. I’ve tried a few different and nothing compares. It’s all you can eat for about $40 with tip. Honestly worth the try and it never disappoints

Sushi is expensive enough here in Ireland. For quality sushi you could be paying over €30 for two rolls. This sushi looks good but seems to be missing texture. I love the crunch of tempura and creaminess of sriracha mayo.
