Barreling into town…OLM unleashed an energy level that was hard to contain within the parameters of the green room at the Earl Scruggs Center.
Reaching across the musical decades and tastefully integrating choice stylistic influences, OLM blends them into a unique and current signature sound.
With all members hailing from the Shelby area, the three instrumentalists construct a well thought out sonic foundation to enhance and ornament the vocal delivery.
Front man and songwriter Walter Hoyle - sets up a passionate feedback loop… becoming inhabited by the tunes of his own crafting, which demands the listener ‘buckle up for the ride or get out of the way…’

NOTE: This was the very first day of shooting BSST-TV. Being concerned about the small size of the room, we had requested all acts restrict percussion to a cajon or a similar small configuration without crash or ride cymbals. O L M complied without complaint and came to deliver the goods. Thanks to Matt for working with us as we adapted to the landscape challenges.
