Jo Nakashima you are really INCREDIBLY GOOD on origami!!!
A human figure that actually looks like a human (with head, neck, arms, legs, and all) that is relatively easy to fold -- this is no less than a dream-come-true. Bravo!

I made one, okay a couple of my own, and they didn't live up to this. Ironically, the one with thin paper sucked the most. Good video, though.

Construction paper is a bit thick and can be easy to tear, but you shouldn't have too many problems with this particular model. As for colour, whatever colour you want your little man to be is a good colour!

Eu sei fazer mas dobrando de uma forma diferente. Levei um susto pois aprendi a fazer a mesma figura mas as dobras iniciais são feitas em paralelo com a borda e não em diagonal como vc fez... bem interessante!
