REVIE YOUR DSBS Profile | web.sba.gov/pr...
✅ IMPORTANT REMINDERS
3 separate DSBS fields are searchable and function as 'keywords'
• Keywords, Capability Narrative and Special Equipment/Materials:
• 2500 Characters are available in total
• 525 characters are just in the keyword field
✅ RISE ABOVE YOUR COMPETITION
• 10% of 8(a) and HUBZone firms have ZERO keywords
After all their time in the SBA program, they have no descriptive words to attract federal buyers
• 50% of companies don't have 50% of BASIC keywords
•. Many companies waste huge space and opportunity by using the SAME keywords in both keyword and capability fields

Does it take a while for the info to populate? I'm having issues with the site. But I only recently got into SAM so maybe I have to wait a few more days for my profile to be visible.
Love your content! Do you mentor 1 on 1 or small group?
Thanks! Besides the daily training, I have a 90-day BD Accelerator Workshop which tends to be focused on companies already making revenue. You can find that at www.BDinaBox.com - But I would say these trainings are great to hear what I would teach you. Neil
I am a numbers girl! How many RFI, RFP, contracts should we submit a month for scaling?
I say all small businesses should get to a stage of 4 RFPs per month: 1 Prime and 3 as a Sub. It will take a bit to get there, but that's a good rhythm. They must be slam dunk opportunities to matter, meaning in one core competency. Neil
PS I would write to every RFI in my target agency that fits near my core competency. I have videos on that as well.
Excellent Video! Any suggestions on how to find keywords?
