Yes - they've done quite a few videos confirming their body weight since i posted the video. Hudson is 220lbs and Brandon 235 with abs. Its nit naturally possible. Back when Brandon posted his "natural" video, it was of him on stage right after high school, still big but significantly thinner. Even that is hard to tell if he was actually going natural.

I think the White brothers are natural. They have good genes, height and wide clavicles. Most of us can’t get where they’re at naturally but it’s doable for certain people if you dedicate your lifestyle to it.
The people who think these guys are on steroids are pretty much those not willing to put in the real work themselves, which the buff dudes have done for a very long time. So I believe they're natural, also because I don't see some of the skin abnormalities / specific type of muscle development (mostly around the shoulders / traps / quads) that you come to see from steroid users
I saw a video of him get on a scale before a photoshoot weighing around 213. His body fat was probably around 8 or 9 percent. On the ffmi he would be around 24.5 Not even close to Arnold. In my opinion Arnold lied about his height. I would say he was around 6 '1 at best at 235 with around 7% body fat. That's roughly a ffmi of 28.5. very suspicious of steroid use...
im pretty late to this video, but i watch a ton of buff dudes videos.. brandon is like 225ish give or take in peak bulk. he normally sits around 215 (from the videos ive seen)
They are natural imho. You can tell they also have good genetics, specially Brandon, just by looking at his old pictures. People need to stop saying someone is not natty just because they look this good. Hard work for years, diet, and discipline are the key for looking like this and still be natural. Look at Scott Hermann, Jeff Cavalier and others. All natural, but been doing this for years (healthy active lives).
Oh my god!! You poor man. You think Jeff and Mattdoesfitness are natural you are so naive. Most people who are on steroids don’t even look like they train. Mattdoesfitness is a well known fake natty!! My god you idiot!
In his recent video he had some stretch marks under his arms at 37 years old there isn’t really a condition for you to get that especially at that age and still be as lean as he is.
Genetics and hard work can do a lot for muscle mass. But they are making money off of RUclips in the realm of fitness. So yes, it might be possible. Just look up Oli Smith, he is on steroids, he is super unimpressive and has a very mediocre physique and can only benchpress 265 pounds. And the benchpress is the ONLY max he stated, so I bet he is only doing fluff and pump and no squats and deadlifts. So yes, anyone could be on steroids. Depends on what kind of steroids and how much. One man who has one beer once a week and someone who drinks a bottle of liquor every day both drink alcohol, does that mean they are both alcoholics? The same thing goes for steroids. But if they are totally clean they are definitely at the pinnacle of human development when it comes to retaining muscle mass while being relatively lean. They are pretty much at their genetic limit.
Yeah I don't believe they are on gear. Shoulders and traps are a big giveaway and when someone is on gear shoulders start to get super round and traps grow unnaturally. He has big shoulders but not bowling ball style ones.
I think he’s natural. My best friend has killer genetics, I’m much stronger than him. He’s a soccer player but when we were both bulking he went from 165 to 185 and still had a lean muscular look then when I went from 180 to 210. I was overall the bigger build but he was genetically leaner. Genetics 101 and you just have to deal with it
Yeah DNA can change a lot of factors strength endurance speed power symmetry athletic ability etc etc but I don't think that you can't lean down as you said at his bulk your friend weighed as much as you at you before you even bulked so you just have a higher bodyfat if you get to the same body fat percentage you will look similar but then again you wont be as strong you are good at whatever you train for you have trained for strength you eat more you weigh more you have more muscle you lift heavier of course you are gonna lift wayy more as you say while your friend trains for anesthetics
Here is why I think they are not... I don't know which one is which, but the one that had the ankle injury, he stopped working out for three months and lost a huge amount of size. It would take a longer time than that to lose the size that he did for a natural athlete. PED muscle just wastes away faster without training or drugs.
I think he maintained a good amount of size. In one of his recent videos starting back after healing up he said he was 215. What makes me think hes juicing is that he said he was going to go on a cutting diet and his goal was to maintain 215. Like.... but if you're cutting, you should be losing weight.. right?

There are limits to the human body and even the most extraordinary genetics will not allow for the perfect maintenance of massive/pumped muscle mass while being cut down to 6% body fat and at a height of 6'2 and a total body weight of 230 lb. Math and science are what we need to apply; and if we _do_ apply them to what we _see_ (through his photos) and what we're _told_ (through his stats, etc), there can be two possibilities only: either *his images are edited in Photoshop so that he's made to look like all other steroid-users or he actually **_is_** another steroid-user within the steroid-users club.*
They made a vid a while back of all the supplement they take, heaviest thing being creatine. I believe it to be true, I doubt they are juicing. They're just some dudes with great genetics that have been putting consistent hard work for many years
It wouldn’t surprise me if they are on low doses of steroids, being lean year round with that much muscle while being that tall definitely makes it believable that they’re on something.
Trevor McConnell no I’m pretty sure they’re that lean year round, I know about the bulking cutting stuff but if I remember correctly they do stay like that year round
Sure it's POSSIBLE they're natural but highly unlikely. Henry Cavill looks natural. Chris Evans looks natural. These guys? Not so much. And I love the Buff Dudes, but still. I don't know why people even care though, it's not a big deal if they are in fact on enhancements. Get out of the past and embrace modern sports science. This need to believe in "nattys" is ridiculous.
Chris Evans and Henry Cavill look "natural" to you?? Havw you seen what Henry looks like in The Witcher? What about Chris in Captain America?? They are not natural dude lmao.
@@brandonh.6956 *Not including The Witcher. That may be different. But otherwise yeah, they physiques aren't that impressive otherwise. Good sure but nothing special. If you watch the special features you find out that they just did a lot of pumping in between scenes, had perfect lighting during the shirtless scenes, and probably got oiled at certain points. Outside of filming, neither was all that big OR cut. We're talking probably 10-12% bodyfat at best. Honestly it's weird that people assume they were enhanced. Juiced guys who train like they do are significantly bigger and leaner, and it's all the time, not just during filming. So if they were juiced then they massively fucked up their training and/or diet somewhere to look so underwhelming. In the first Thor movie he looked juiced to me and I think he was quite a bit larger than Evans or Cavill. All I know is my "buddy" trained naturally for a solid decade and looked similar to Evans and Cavill after a good lifting session and with solid diet. When my "buddy" was (and all his bodybuilding homies) enhanced he made those two look kind of average. Thor not so much (he was huge in the first movie and then later slimmed down). At most they MIGHT have been on SARMS, that or MK677 or something, although not necessarily. Again though, The Witcher may be different. Cavill looks much bigger there as far as I can tell and I believe he's training with bodybuilders so it's entirely likely.
If they were on roids theyed be the size of ronnie coleman by now. They are also getting old so if they were on roids all these years theyed be showing signs of decay for sure

I think he has crazy good ab insertion, but even in the competition photos you've shown, he doesn't have that tissue paper skin look at all. I'm watching them do a "golden age eating" video and they're saying 'it worked!' but also yeah it's easier to drink a gallon of milk and eat three stakes and stay lean if you've got extra help...
Can't take anything you say seriously when you say Arnold is 6'1". He is around 5'6" to 5'7". I know, I lived in Sacramento when he was governor and seen him in person many times. This video is bogus
Ok. The first thing I get when I Google "Arnold Height" is "6'2" without even hitting enter. Maybe Google is wrong. Maybe that was his height at an earlier age. I haven't pulled out a measuring tape and measured Arnold.

I won't get into this as it would take too long to write down but simply put: science is science and not science fiction.
Dad is on steroids as well
Chris Pregot ah Yeah! Haha, that's where they could have gotten it from :D
Like father like son huh? Just shut the fuck up. You haven't seen someone on steroids clearly.
I agree, natural and good genetics. They'd be even bigger if truly juicing.
He would be an idiot if he was natual and was aiming at being a full time model, I would guess he is blasting and cruising.
I trust them and I don't think they are using. Just really genes. Also pictures can be extremely decieving, so doesn't mean much.
They are Natural. Not everyone is on juice. Yes a lot are. I get it. Can't we just realize that some people don't, and get big.
They are definitely borderline.
The Jeffrey 27 they arent lean year round lol they bulk then cut year after year do ur research
Trevor McConnell no I’m pretty sure they’re that lean year round, I know about the bulking cutting stuff but if I remember correctly they do stay like that year round
The Jeffrey 27 because they eat properly
nah they bulk during the winter and cut during summer, they always go on about their bulking phase, it goes for roughly 4-6 months
I reckon they’ve taken something along the way. Great channel and great guys. They just hold that lean physique all year round. Hmmmmm.
Yeah, at their body weight its starting to look that way.
Kent's Garage Gym I think so. Awesome channel but.... I just don’t believe it.
In a video on eating broccoli and chicken his normal weight is 225
THEY ARE NOT ON STEROIDS
Buff dudes = hardwork in the gym / nutrition / rest .......💪💪💪......only lazy Hater's don't understand this
forgot a big one lol good genetics
vetjoh yes..most definitely
Lol not haters.. just experience and informed.. you are a fool if you think they are natural
@@bausy2196 I'm natural you fool💪👍🤔😂😂😂👏👏👏👏👏🏋
Buff dad is def not natty at this point. Those guns, wtf.
They both have been working out for more than 15 years. Can you image to train that long and not have a solid physic.
These two are the definition of natty.
I once was 8% bf and can bulk up to 400lbs so are that my stats now?
Youre not 8% at 400lbs stfu
@@Peteiredale8812 read again, brother!
@@Peteiredale8812 dumb fuck
Sure it's POSSIBLE they're natural but highly unlikely. Henry Cavill looks natural. Chris Evans looks natural. These guys? Not so much. And I love the Buff Dudes, but still. I don't know why people even care though, it's not a big deal if they are in fact on enhancements. Get out of the past and embrace modern sports science. This need to believe in "nattys" is ridiculous.
They are natural. Even the dad is ripped at his age.
@@aesonica There's no way to know, we can only speculate. I just lean towards them not being natural but you're certainly free to think otherwise.
@@brandonh.6956 To my eyes the Buff Dudes also look much larger and leaner than Evans and Cavill.
They might have experimented in the past, which makes putting on muscle muscle easier when off the gear
IMO, They have taken something. Most likely, Var or Winstrol. Or some SARMS at the least
Those two are juiced to the gills. It's obvious. They should come clean like Liver King.
How old are they?
If they were on roids theyed be the size of ronnie coleman by now. They are also getting old so if they were on roids all these years theyed be showing signs of decay for sure
Brandon dosent really look like he is EVER 5% (or really 8%) body fat. I think he has crazy good ab insertion, but even in the competition photos you've shown, he doesn't have that tissue paper skin look at all. I came to this video because I was wondering- they are really are big, but I guess the body fat is an indicator. I'm watching them do a "golden age eating" video and they're saying 'it worked!' but also yeah it's easier to drink a gallon of milk and eat three stakes and stay lean if you've got extra help...
They are natural. But I do believe at some point they both took something.
@@KentsGarageGym he is not 5'7 but he isn't 6'2 he is around 6ft now and in his prime a little more than than that maybe almost 6'1
Steve cook and matdoesfitness are the only natties on RUclips.
And Mattdoesfitnees is definitely not natural he used to have gyno and he's huge lol
If y'all think I was serious then please get yourself checked
They're natty.
What is the name of their father?
Duke White
@@KentsGarageGym ty so much for replying so soon

@@KentsGarageGym what's is height and weight during his younger days and right now
@@Chris-vt6nl Brandon? I saw some videos of him recently where he weighs at 230lbs. I think he's 6'2 unless he shrunk. So yes, the things I found online were accurate.
if you think that is natural and possible witout gear, i wish you the best of luck in your goals. also you wont ever reach it cause its not possible.
Yeah! In the video I was talking about their actual body weight and body fat percentage. Since this, they've done a few videos giving their actual weight. After seeing that, i'm pretty convinced they are using. Brandon was 235-240lbs. There's no way a 6'2 natty can have abs at that weight.
@@KentsGarageGym what weighed do you think he would be to be natty? I’m 5’ 11” @ 245 lbs and ripped. My whole life people have thought I did steroids. My body fat % fluctuates 12-15.
@@daveprice3095 at 6'2 I'd think it would be very difficult to be 200lbs with abs. There are genetically gifted dudes out there though.
@@KentsGarageGym what do you think the max weight for somebody to have abs at 5’10”. Thanks.
@@daveprice3095 around 180 would probably be pushing it.
Kratos oof
Could be small dose.
Y’all are done jealous people lol. I have worked out for a year and a half and have gained 25 pounds of lean muscle. These dudes have been working out for 15-20 years with great dieting and work ethic. They clearly have natural bodies. Just super smart with how to increase muscle. Stop hating and just appreciate.
People who are jealous of other people's achievements don't deserve to get compliments themselves when they have done something great.
That is just newbie gains my friend... You will plateau and won't make gains like that ever again... Unless you jump on the gear. I have been lifting for over 20 years, I'm telling you right now buff dudes are not natural.
There are some videos in which Brandon's abbs are not even visible
I love the fact that idiots think even if you eat shite, coast at the gym and take roids you’re gonna look like them. They might juice, they might not, but it’s not as important as dedicating yourself to proper diet and workouts.
They are as good as natural can get but also they are refreshing they focus a lot on health which is very rare in RUclips fitness the abuse they put their bodies through aren’t so much for showing off as they take the abuse so we can learn what not to do ex. 1940s workouts
Natty
Liars.
Do your research properly... Brandon said in a video that he is 230 pounds
If Brandon took steroids he'd be bigger than Arnold.
I think that has to do with the amount he would take.
Nope. You clearly don’t understand what your talking about. Either of you. Genetic limit does not supersede steroids - you don’t just grow and grow. Must people on steroids - like 99% of people of steroids don’t look like they even train!! You have no idea what you are talking about either of you!
VITAMIN "S" 😉
Nah, you just suck
Everyone knows that if you have more than a 4 pack you’re obviously juicing
Big fan... but not natty imo
brandoncarternatty LOL you sound salty. I mean your name says enough after all hahahahahaha.
