After years I finally decided to live a healthier lifestyle training for gains and changing my nutrition this past month. I learned that not only do you feel better, look better and eat better but you also become a great cook through this process. A lot of people I’ve talked to are too scared of letting junk food Or tasty unhealthy food go but tbh there’s soooo much variety with healthy foods you can combine and you Brandon showed us an amazing way healthy foods can be made, not only that but a lot of other trainers make it seem like you have to be on a super strict diet By the minute and etc. When in reality it’s just knowing what to eat at the right portions during the day. Thank you
Appreciate the recipes and food prep tech. I'm always looking for simple alternatives and options to help diversify my meals a bit, and you fellas have supplied quite a few. Easy, fast, tasty, healthy, inexpensive. I'm raging hungry for some quality prawns after this vid *heads to the shop*. Thanks again, fellas!
Thanks for the video. Regarding fish, unless a fisherman is selling it to you off a boat, all fish and seafood you buy - even “fresh” - was quick-frozen at sea. Which is not necessarily a bad thing (modern freezing techniques are pretty advanced and preserve freshness well), but a good thing to know.

5:48 little tip if you take a damp paper towel or a kitchen towel and ring it out you can lay it under your cutting board so it doesn’t slide around as much.

Why in the blue hell are you throwing away all those cooking juices??? A large portion of vitamins and minerals stay in those juices!!! Throw it in your Quinoa next time! Save the vitamins! Save the flavor!!! :D

Take this advice from Italy. Cook the salmon on a non-stick pan . Pour white wine and cook on high til the smell of the alcohol is cooked out. Then let it simmer in that. Put the lid on after the alcohol burns out 💪👌👍

Buy organic bananas and then slice them with the skins on before you freeze them. You can blend them in the smoothie and they taste exactly the same, but you have all the benefits of the seretonin and fibre in the skins

Grain free is the way to be. I stay under 20 carbs a day M-F. So that's no bananas. How about fasting? Just did a 4 day water fast. It was AMAZING!
