Hey dudes! My winter bulk has been underway for some time now. What's the secret to size? Consistency, dedication and food, food, food. Seriously - if you're not a fan of eating then in order to pack on size you're going to have to become one. Either that or just stuff it down and find a happy place. We believe in you. Hope you enjoy the vid! -Brandon
Hey buff dudes, I have been wondering what is the best way for a bulk and cut. I am currently 222 lbs, with 25% body fat. Any tips on supplements and routines would be much appreciated.
Id like add if u have little time to train and you want to get leaner but still build serious muscle, do many sets of lowbar squats without going to failure. doing legs 2 to 3 times per week will burn a insane amounts of energy, also big legs burn alot while ur just sitting :)
@@cimi93x Not gonna makey anything sounding like an allegation here, however... Sure must be hard having sponsors breathing down your neck asking for this and that, while actually staying natural.
@@MrX-rk9or i understand that, but that's still a self-inflicted struggle. To me it doesn't justify lying to your clients/audience. The reality is, he is either a genetic anomaly, and 99,9% of his audience cannot achieve this look naturally, or he's taking some PEDs and lying about it.

Christian Da Piedade you re some kind of freak my dude, I believe u know u don not need that much, hell, I couldn t even eat that much protein even if I tried
@@bogdanneacsu5165 I only eat meat lol
I always read that meat and protein gives people farts. Am I the only one that gets lets gassy with chicken, beef, and protein shakes than with any other kind of food?
Takes me back at least 20 years ago when I did my first dirty bulk
3 to 4 solid meals plus 4 protein shakes a day
Hell I even had a protein shake in the middle of the night where I used to set the alarm to make sure I had that shake
3:18 that was my first question! "We've had one, yes.... But what about second breakfast!?" Lol
Yeah, I like Lord of the Rings....there, I said it. 😎
Awesome video, a great insight.... Very motivational. Keep it up!
Man I respect your grind. I wish I had the time and a different job that didn't eat away at my gains. My job essentially requires me to do 8 hours a day of out in the weather cardio. Rough knowing I could put on the weight but I'm still trying lol
Why does he remind me of Harper from stranger things
Because his face looks like Harper's.
Hopper
“Lift hard due buff”. I need that shirt
Isn't this the Dude from Stranger Things?
Lol😂 tnx for that information, now I'm laughing so hard 😂
Indeed, sir.
Shit I thought it was Bryce harper lol
Excellent videos.. Props
Hey there great video. Would you please share what kind of camera you are using when filming at home? The video is so clear!

Thank you, great Video and Value. What are the Soundtracks?
Every time I see you I think of a buff version of Hopper from Stranger Things
Meet up with Erin for extra motivation...you aint slick
I'm pretty motivated
To be a successful bodybuilder you also need to be a decent cook by the looks of it.
Can't decide if this video made me motivated to workout or really hungry. Both. Great video.
ty for great recipes
The girl u were training with looks like a buff lady gaga
I am hella impressed with your nutritious (and delicious looking!) meal planning. You're a total package, dude (oops, sorry ... "Buff Dude.")!
