My skin feels both oily and dry, now i understood, I believe I am combination dry, with sub categories surface dryness (that got better with treatment), acne and sensitivity around the eyes. Oh and contact dermatitis on hands

I have a question for you Nerida. It seems to me that some foods that I consume cause me to have digestive (constipation and GI upset) and facial issues. I tend to break out when I consume coffee, milk, alcohol (more so beer), shellfish .. mind you this foods also cause me breakouts in specific areas of my face..dairy and beer more likely to cause deep breakouts on my checks two days later. I would like to know your knowledge on any linkage between diet and skin conditions and you've mentioned in your videos that testosterone can cause oily breakouts.. could it be that these foods may be linked with a surge/increase in testosterone? Any input would be so appreciated. This has been a continuous problem for about 7 years now. I am 28 now.

Nerida Joy hi Nerida .. I can totally relate to this video .. i am very confused . I use products without even knowing exactly what my skin type is .. I feel I waste money on products I probably don’t even need . I use a lot of moisturizer on my face and I don’t breakout , but my faces feels dry around my cheeks and forehead , but when I touch it with my hands it’s feels soft and smooth . I don’t understand it .
