I think your channel is going to have an exponential growth soon. You are obviously an expert, and you can tell that your touch is healing. Great Videos !
hi nerida, i work in beauty industry. i watch lots of your videos. and of course i learn alot though that is not enough. Knowledge in every your video is very helpful. Thank you for sharing.
I'm in the beauty industry where i do various types of massages and facials... i watch your program for tips....you are simply amazing hope to be like you one day.
You are talking about neck exercises in this video. Can you share with us what they are? Thank you. I love your videos and I am so glad I found them. They are very educational for us Esti's. You need to be a teacher/trainer because you are fabulous with the skin and have so many answer to questions that I would not know where to begin.
Hello Lisa, Thank you for your message. I am happy sharing my many years of experience with as many people as I can (Esti’s mostly) I have studied in so many area’s of health over the 38 years to help me understand the skin and it’s relationship to our body as a whole. I will continue to educate and answer as many questions as I can to be there for you all. I know there are exercisers for the Jaw/neck area, but I do not personally do them or train people in them. I believe strongly in massage and upward rolling with massage to the neck. Massage really stimulates muscle tone and improves the quality of the skin so if you can combine that with exercise, you will be in good shape. I know my fitness clients always have a better jaw line as with just regular working out they exercise the face without even realizing it. Protect the neck and decollette from sun exposure also. This is SOOOOO important. All the best to you, Nerida Joy
I love your philosophy and use your products. I have clients who really do not do not have a routine and get a histamine reaction after a facial due to the manipulation. What is the best way to deal with this?
Fabulous techniques, thank you for sharing them with us :) really interesting information as well, particularly about the Botox - it's not something I would ever have done, but have friends who do :(
Hi Nerida! Is it ok to massage clients with telangiectasia/couperose skin? I’ve been told not to massage those areas much because it can make it worse or irritate the area. Is that true? How about clients with rosacea? Thank you SO much!
If you are using a product that is soothing and supports the blood vessel (such as the Q flavonoid) you can massage for a little. Massage is good, just not too much:))
hi nerida, fantastic video! i'm an aesthetician as well, and i find that after working long days with many clients (especially with firm pressure massage) my hands/wrists become very sore, how do you manage and heal them at home?
Does she say how often a massage like this would need to be performed to see a difference. Many clients come monthly would it really make a difference?
super channel! I have one question, what do you recommend as a massage product? I have sensitive skin that is a bit oily and I do get spots from quite a lot of products.
Sometimes when you combine certain foods i.e. lemon in a glass of water it becomes alkaline. On its own it is the highest acid fruit of all, but once added to water it becomes alkaline and changes the pH. Great question though:))
@@NeridaJoySkincare that's not how it works. If you dilute an acid the pH obviously increases but it will never go over 7 which is neutral. And even you you drink or eat something alkaline it makes no difference because the pH of the liquid inside our stomach is really acid around 2:)
@@SebastianoZanda I disagree.... with everyBODY being different, there is a reason as to why certain waters and drinks work differently for everyone, hence for some coffee is dehydrating and others hydrating:)
@@NeridaJoySkincare if we talk about having different effects or hydrating properties that is true, but the pH is not affected unless you have some serious diseases

Sometimes I ice my fingers after tons of extractions. Just make sure you are at the right height when working too:))
I find as a massage therapist and esthetician, Proper body mechanics is a must. Try reaching videos and if there are maybe some classes.

Is dermaplaning safe? I’ve heard there are great benefits to, but I want to get your input on it. 😉
yes it is safe.... its a personal choice. Benefits are for sure a mild exfoliation, easier skin absorption of treatment products:))

Thank you Kate!
I did noticed that few time you massage towards down of face,, which should go slow up massage to lift up the skin ,, ✌️
downward moves are not strong.... only upward. takes a lot of practice to get it perfect! xo
Ure really talented , this video is amazing except for the client who did not stop talking 👿
lol
I need a facial so bad
Nerida do you ever do extractions?
Yes, most of the time :)
I would really like to see how it should be done. With tissue around fingertips etc. even if it is graphic.
tissues and finger cots :)
I also want a facial from u
