Life in a hurry, lack of time to rest, constant tension and stress destroy our body and cause a feeling of chronic fatigue. Then in the morning we wake up feeling sleepy, discouraged, tired and emotionally exhausted. It was like that for me too. I needed to learn to rest during the day, reset my mind and relax tense shoulders and neck. I started taking magnesium, meditating and finding time for walks in the forest. It helped. 🙂

영상 잘 보고있습니다~ 혹쉬.. 건식마사지는 따로 안받으시는지.. 괜찮은데있다면 저도 가보려고요 😅 저는 허리디스크 수술받고 자주 허리가 피곤해져서 보름마다 타이마사지 받으러 가는데 끈적이는게 싫어서 아로마마사지는 안하거던요 ㅠㅠ
건식마사지가 몇군대 있었는데 바로 기억이 안나는군요. ㅠㅠ 건식으로 하면 좀 더 신경써서 마사지를 해야하기 때문에 조금 어렵다고 들었어요. 단골 샵이 있으시다면 따로 건식으로 부탁하셔도 해주실 것 같거든요..
