My read speed 4979 and write speed 4500MB/s

Bro i recently purchased ssd i.e WD green 480 gb gb ssd
As i taken speed test
The speed for hdd was
180MBps- in seq1m
0.7MBPS - in RND4K
Then for ssd it is
220MBPS - in seq1m
30MBPS - in RND4K
Why there is no significant diff b/w Hdd and ssd
