      Hi Rebecca! I agree...we do have a lot of options here. Hopefully more places will start popping up as the demand for vegan options increase.

    We started with an Impossible Burger taste test, but ended up with a conversation about vegan ethnic foods and incorporating more plant-based options into meals for health. What are thoughts about this topic? Have you tried the impossible Burger?

    they were cute. i'm thinking, kabob with ''beyond''... it's all about the spices!

    • @VinceLia1
      @VinceLia1  4 года назад

      Hi Kokoro! Yes, it's all about the spices. I tell people that all the time. It may work with Beyond, but I I'm not sure if ground meat would work. I may have to give that a try soon.

    It's funny how people always talk about culture and eating meat when they both come from places that used to be more plantbased/vegetarian.

      Hi Carol. It is interesting to how many other countries eat a lot of plant-based options already.

    We are so privileged to have all these vegan alternatives on the market right now. In the end though, even if a vegan alternative isn't exactly like meat or cheese, there are so many things more important than the "pleasure" of putting something in our mouth for a few seconds. I would encourage these two to watch Game Changers. Maybe the section on erections would change their minds LOL. So much of diet it just habit. I know it's hard to change, but so much of it is the mental barriers we create for ourselves.

      Hi Jennifer! Thanks for sharing. I agree that we are privileged with all these alternatives that make going vegan so much easier for people. I think with the food options along with the information available with these documentaries, the mental barriers do slowly start to come down.

      Hi CJ! I agree...so places now have vegan options. You can almost eat anywhere and find something. I need to find some vegan kabobs to try out.

    Thanks Vince for another great video. Alvaro & Susie, these are sold everywhere. Come on over to the other side. I believe there are alternatives for every cuisine. It just takes some creativity or make it yourself. It's great that A & S are conscious of what they are eating. That's where it starts.

      Hi Fanny! Water is really a personal decision as all options are vegan. However, when talking about health, I prefer spring water in a glass bottle.

    If you look at the ingredients in the beyond burger and impossible they are more unhealthy than regular meat. Although I don’t eat meat. Please try to find healthier versions of the things that you like. So be mindful of that especially with the cheeses and stuff he said your dad converted to
