I can given an example for use cases crypto for example lets talk about Ripple xrp token can be used as an assets for crossborder remittances after cbdc launching , without the need of prefunding , as of now when ever uh want to remit an amount from india to usa, current uses a swift system which take 3 to 4 day and almost 6% charges now swift is gradually replaced by blockchain company like ripple, corda, which transfer the money within 3 sec 24 x 7 at anyplace of the world with 0.01 cent fees. Plus their is no any prefunding require for the bank , so it may make bank more vulnerable to use blockchain technology.
