Thank you ❣️ I am making my granddaughter a scarf for this winter with this stitch. I just want to say you are amazing and so appreciated! My grandma taught me to crochet 50 years ago but reading a pattern has always been so confusing for me, I'm a visual learner and you my friend have been a game changer for me! So thank you from the bottom of my heart💞
I just paid $4 for this exact pattern on Etsy. Lol. I looked, and looked, and looked, all over RUclips to try to find this exact pattern from a picture that I had seen. It doesn't matter if I paid $4 for it or not, I'll have it forever now. But, as an embellishment, what it actually did was make a shorter version of this headband, pinched it in the middle and wrapped yarn around it for a bow with the same exact pattern of the headband. I think it's absolutely beautiful, and I will keep this video in my favorites forever. I have a brand new baby granddaughter, so I will be making a lot of headbands over the next few years. Thank you so much for this video, because I really suck at reading patterns. You're a lifesaver. Have a wonderful and safe New Year. 🥂🎊🎉
Love this tutorial. So simple but right now on a beach in Florida worked one up quickly in 100% cotton and it is keeping my hair out of my face! Thank you!
Thank you for being a great teacher and making these tutorials for us. I can't even begin to express how deeply I appreciate the help you have been for me in learning how to crochet. I knew the basics but never knew the reasons why for this or how for that. I always just fumbled my way through and was frustrated on how my projects came out. Because of you, I have confidence to make beautiful projects that turn out well and that I can be proud of. Please keep making these tutorials. May you receive as many blessings as you have been for others!
this is an excellent video. It goes fast but it gives plenty of time to see what you're doing and your explanations are great. Many videos I see are so slow and have such tediously slow instructions that I give up and go somewhere else.
Thank you for sharing your video keep up your wonderful crocheting videos I like them. Don’t stop making your videos on crocheting teaching me how to make this cute headband
Hi Glenda, thank you for this pattern. I have made these. They work up very easy and fast. I made mine for newborn babies and added a flower. They have saved me on some of my baby shower gifts. Thanks again . Have a blessed day.
What a fun easy and cute project, thank you! I haven’t crocheted since I was 11 years old (now 52) but picked it back up with being in Quarantine now and really enjoying it 😊
These are fantastic!! Great way to use up some scrap yarns or even those tiny skeins you can buy in like 40-packs on Amazon. Great pattern for waiting at the drs office, or on car trips. Gosh, I can just think of so many things this is great for. Thank you so much!
I've got to get myself some cotton to make this headband! During COVID-19 my pixie haircut is growing out into a shaggy mess and I need some pretty headbands to keep my hair off my face. Thanks for the lovely tutorial!
Came across your video on here trying to find something to make for granddaughter's. I never done anything like this before . Your videos are very easy to follow.Thank you.
I made one of these and intend to make several more for myself! I love that I can custom-size them, as store-bought bands always give me a headache. Thank you!
So happy to find you and this pattern. Hubby is have major surgery, and I was looking for something easy to crochet to pass the time. Thank you for sharing your pattern.
I just came across your tutorial while I was looking for a headband to crochet for the summer. Can't wait to make some! I have cotton thread, but it's not this brand. I wonder if it would work. We shall see!
Love this pattern, and I am working o one right now!! Thank you Creative Grandma !! I made one in burgundy colour and added one of your rose in pink to it. Thank you!!
Sorry my phone sent that before I was ready to post it. They love them so I'm making a lot more this year. I just wanted to take thank you for taking the time to show us how to do them
Thanks for sharing this! I love headbands wear them everyday while working. This is so easy and fun I can make all different colors to wear. I am going to keep an eye out for more of these patterns from you.
I just love the way this looks. They are used here has been discontinued, so I tried with acrylic and cotton. The lion brand 24/7 is a little stiff, but it looks really pretty. Are used was too stretchy. So I’m gonna try patons grace cotton yarn. Fingers crossed they turn out as beautiful as yours ☺️
You could use Aunt Lydia's Fashion Crochet thread #3. It is the same fiber content. I'm going to try that as I happen to have quite a bit in my stash. I'll try to remember to update after I finish one. I finished one over this past weekend using the #3 Aunt Lydia's Fashion Crochet. It turned out beautifully although it took me a little while to grow accustomed to using a weight 1 size.
Hi grandma!!! Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful pattern!!!! I love it!!!
