Essential oils have caused me so much hassle when I in ignorance used it on my face and later in "natural deodorant" that burned my armpits with a nasty baking soda rash and oil stains. Eeergh. I returned to dove and kicked the "naturals" to the curb.

Im currently using CAVEMAN's Natural Deo - thick wax like cream - Doesnt have a strong fragrance but does the job and armpit doesnt smell one bit even though im out 5-6 hours a day easily. Works for upto 8-10 hours easily Doesnt stop you from sweating just btw, doesnt irritate my skin , considering any sort of spray makes my armpit dark

Hi Dr V is it safe to use 5% benzoyl peroxide wash (meant for face) to wash our underarms? I found one called Benzac AC wash 5%. I heard it helps to reduce the bacteria that causes body odour.

The second product has witch hazel in it. Dr. V said witch hazel is alcohol and not good for our skin. Plus this deodorant has aluminium...also bad for the health. So i am confused why the recomandation

Any spf is better than no spf to protect the skin from skin cancer. Cancer is far worse than pigmentation, so whichever spf you can find and can apply everyday is far far far better than none.
