YES! I myself, but also a lot of people I know of have so many questions about this topic. I have seen a lot of videos from actual hairdressers but the choices they give as an option are always hair salon brands and almost always quite expensive. I also always think that the videos are sponsored so I do question if the recommendations are honest. The same goes for hair colloring.
I experienced COVID that lasted around 12 days. I thought I was fine but I started to notice a loss of more hair than normal. Following some research, I am realizing it’s from the stress my body went through during that time period and also due to the shampoo I had been using. I have 4c hair and do not use oils on my scalp only on the body of hair to lock in moisture. Once a month I use Aztec clay to wash my hair and scalp. A flaky scalp that plagued me for years is no longer an issue.

For anyone who is acne prone I would definitely stay away from the coconut oil especially if you wear your hair around your face. I'm not sure about the other oils but I would look into them more if you are some one who breaks out before purchasing... Thank you for your video
Nice! I never used these kinds of oils before other than Argan. I have poker straight, fine bobbed hair without any volume, so I never really used oils before as my hair gets limp very fast and I have to use lots of hair sprays and styling products. But I started using the olaplex oil mixed in with the olaplex leave in conditioner and love this combo. The oil is lighter than other oils I used before like the kerastase diamond oil, coconut, Moroccan oil and Tsubaki oil which are the only other ones I used, but were too thick/heavy for my hair. Amika seem to have released a new hair oil which I was thinking of buying, as I love their products.
When you say "since you've been drinking collagen, you've got lots of baby hair" ... does that mean that you were not always drinking collagen /supplementing collagen?

I have a flaky scalp too and use aztec clay but only on my face, i didn’t know it could be used on the scalp too. How do you use it?
Don’t forget olive oil. The stuff most people use for cooking. Works wonders for growth and for healthy hair

I think people leave the oil on too long. I just put some on my hand with shampoo and let it sit no more than five minutes.

For anyone who is acne prone I would definitely stay away from the coconut oil especially if you wear your hair around your face. I'm not sure about the other oils but I would look into them more if you are some one who breaks out before purchasing... Thank you for your video
Nice! I never used these kinds of oils before other than Argan. I have poker straight, fine bobbed hair without any volume, so I never really used oils before as my hair gets limp very fast and I have to use lots of hair sprays and styling products. But I started using the olaplex oil mixed in with the olaplex leave in conditioner and love this combo. The oil is lighter than other oils I used before like the kerastase diamond oil, coconut, Moroccan oil and Tsubaki oil which are the only other ones I used, but were too thick/heavy for my hair. Amika seem to have released a new hair oil which I was thinking of buying, as I love their products.
