You found my favorite iPad application lol. I’m not kidding though if you get my battery history it’s usually the thing that uses of the most battery on my iPad because I use it so frequently. Best thing going!
Thanks Doug. I added a few more to the collection but am now going to hunt down demos of the other instruments (I mean other than just the IAP previews). Cheers. Lee
there is a free version of Gadget that you can try out, it is pretty limited, you only get three tracks and three gadgets to play with, but it does give you a good idea if you will like the app or not, It's called Gadget LE I think
From what I hear Gadget has some of the best drum machines. Would be awesome if it’s audiounit but probably not cuz it’s seems more of a host. I was checking out CR-5k at only 2$ I gotta try it out and it’s audio unit. They also have a 2$ bundle of DRM-16 and DRM-32 for both, unless you just want DRM-32 at 2$ by itself 😂and they imitate real drum machines like ar909….. EDIT: it’s Interapp, & audiobus V3. idk if its audiounit my mistake
¿¿¿Can you change the notes that triggers the different parts of the drums??? Is it not in the order it usually should be, as it comes in every General Midi Kit. It is very frustrating for my finger drumming. Also incompatible to combine with external drum app or keyboards. BAD THING FOR ME!!!
I was thinking of gettting this for my iPad, mainly because for whatever reason the app is $40 versus the PC/Mac version of $200. Do you know if they are essentially the same? I assume I could create tracks with my ipad and save/export them to Ableton? Any advice here is appreciated. To be clear I'd love to have both, but just wasn't ready to shell out $240.
iPad version is the way to go imo . You can use the korg vst synths in demo mode on computer for free with 20 minute demos , just can restart the plug in and keep going , or sample what you got !

Gadget is awesome in many ways, but especially for drums, it has you covered in so many different genres
Excellent video I just learnt something new
Thanks

Thanks for this and all the videos- I am now a Gadget Head🤘🤩
Wonderful.
Great video.
Recife is pronounced like Rehceef
Nice overview, Doug! Must use Gadget more! ;)
Thanks Colin, you should definitely try recording your guitars into Gadget, there are some really nice effects in the Rosario Gadget
I don’t have Gadget but I would get it for the drums alone! Thanks Doug!

I have a Roland TR8S and it's basically the hardware version of this.
That’s a cool piece of hardware
Amazing as usual!
Thank you! Cheers!
Do any of the Drum gadgets cover the Linn Drum sound/samples pls?
