That’s insane! Talk about over complicating and over engineering this thing..smh. WAY TOO MANY HANDS IN THE MIX..lucky this one came out right..hats off to Drakely! Better off using straight concrete, put it on 3/4 (floor and walls) water needs a way out (because Mother Nature will come and water and crushed stone can co exist together, PEACEFULLLY). Throw a 6x6 in your forms for your channel, remember leave a 1” gap on each end for expansion/contraction, width wise will only +/- marginally so no worries there. Have Reynolds’s make bad ass piece of glass. Crane in place, set/ seal. No need wasting $ hiring company to install/seal/“grout it” lmao. (guess you have to make it look good though 😉). Lay finish of choice (preferably a maintenance free custom finish) and enjoy that beeotch 💪.
This was awesome. Looking forward to meeting you guys some day
Great project, the presenter is aaahming us to death.
Curious how much a pool project like this costs?
Different regions of the country have much different pricing, but this will be well into the 6-figure range for sure.
