Better than the scam of college. As a college graduate I tell kids, people go to college for the culture. Very few go for a career. Unless you're ready to get no less than a master in the proper field, you'll be in debt. I always recommend trade schools. Nice video...two comments:
    1) I jump in my pool about 4 times a yr. I’m basically paying my pool guy $100/mo to get some exercise...these pool guys are geniuses.
    2) This guy has figured it out - for all of us the best path in life is the one that we have to cut through ourselves. Waiting for someone else to clear the path for us to make our life easier is a death sentence of mediocrity.
Also, showing his kids the proper work ethic will be the best education they ever receive - my dad used to drag me out from age 8 to help clean houses as he ran a house cleaning janitorial business. He did all the grueling stuff like scrubbing kitchen appliance gunk to bathroom gunk while I had to do the easy windows and walls. As you can imagine, I hated it...the work was hard and literally dirty. But that work ethic made stuff like school very easy for me - ended up going to a decent school and worked on Wall St as a trader...made ridiculous money for a spell but I never worked harder in my entire life than those days as a kid...

If I had to guess. From those $89,000 he probably profits $60,000-$70,000. Since he is the sole proprietor and doesn't have a work truck. So his recurring expenses are just the cleaning equipment and gas.
