This isn't nothing new, this happened to my dad 16 years ago. After being there 10 hours he was saying how hot he was, I asked if he had a temp. And they told me he didn't when he came in. I told them that was 10 hours ago. Took 16 hours to finally be seen, 2 days later had emergency surgery and 1 week later died in there.
I took my husband to the ER with chest pain & they made him wait 9 hours. When he felt better we left, but I asked how much longer and they said snottily as I watch so many go I. That came I. After us who were clearly not ER patients, but was told it would be many more. We left . I took him to an urgent care who said go to the er. I said we just came from there. We went to our dr who said he was fine& just changed his medicines. 6 days laters he had a massive coronary at work and was in a coma for 7 months! Ironically we couldn’t sue because we left the hospital! That was in 2016 & I’m still so pissed at the hospital and dr!! We almost lost our house and even with private ins we owed over 92k in medical bills! We will never get ahead of things again. Everthing we worked for for almost 40 years is for nothing!! Had to remortgage our home when we would have paid it off in 8 more years he was 99% blocked on one side and 100% on the other. The er missed that yet we couldn’t sue. Er can fuck up and you can’t do a damned thing ! You can’t sick in the US with out losing every thing you work for!! Everything!!!
How do we fix this new crisis? We built more hospitals because lets face facts that the usa has a huge growing population and know we have thousands of illegal coming in isn't helping so here we are with more people than hospitals in this country so we need to build more hospitals to keep up with population growth or els this will end in a major disaster.
Everyone looking at this needs to put their complete trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. This planet earth. This life believe it or not is the gates of hell. This is the place you need to make a decision because you’re going to spend eternity either in heaven or hell. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved. If you confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that God raised Jesus Christ from the dead you will be saved. Jesus Christ is Almighty God in the flesh.
Are there urgent care centers, this greatly reduces cost and alleviates the queue for those who really require care
