More lovely spots. Its a shame when you see what some people do to lovely camping sites which spoils it for everyone else. Theyre usually the first to complain when some of these sites close down due to the way theyre treated. This has been a lovely series so far. Cheers Cheryl 🙂
Thank you Cheryl, we were very impressed with what we found down there and would one day like to compare it to the summer period, it must be so different during the warmer months.
Great to see you again, haven’t seen one of your videos for a while. We are heading to the York Pen soon so hope we get some nice weather. Thanks guys!
Wow!! The height that you were above the beach was deceptive until you got to the stairs & when you panned around at the back of the beach then I realised that you had indeed been much higher than the surf. What has struck me with your journey is that all the camping places are so pristine & clean, makes me wonder if NSW is that neat & tidy as I remember when in the 80s they weren't so pristine as here but then we traveled at christmas time when places were busy.
I can't comment on what it was like back in the 80's, perhaps there is more education and appreciation as to what we all should be doing now versus back then. The other side might be that the local Councils of the areas may also be putting in an effort to assist visitors with rubbish disposal. It was certainly clean in all the locations that we went to.
Hey there Mick N Sally great to see your series of videos and showcasing some great camping spots. Mick are you still driving tripple road trains and if so will you be doing a video before you retire?
Didn't recognise Daly Heads😢. I used to stay on the top of the cliff in my Kombi and a 3 man tent for weeks on end surfing 50 yrs ago. Back then during summer the only people there were surfers.
Hi Mick and Sally, love your videos! My wife and I are new to the 4WD and caravans. Just wondering to get to Gleeson Landing would you need to air down? Thank you in advance.
there would be no need to air down unless for some strange reason the road was horribly corrugated which would be unusual. We did the entire trip at road pressuers as all of the dirt runs are only short in distance.
Another great video showing off Southern Yorke Peninsula. 🙂
A beautiful spot to visit, thank you.
You definitely get the offshore breezes! Another beautiful spot on the Yorke-thanks for sharing!
Cheers, thanks👍
Great video again guys. Looking forward to the next one
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it.
This Yorkes series is really good! All those spots south of Corny I now know about.
Very well done you two, love it 🤜🏽💥🤛🏽❤
Although a bit cold at time for this part of the year, we loved the area down there.
thanks mick and Sally,I haven't seen the ocean for four years, gonna chuck some rego on my panelvan and have a look,
Enjoy the ocean if you go, such a relaxing thing to sit and listen to the waves rolling onto the beach.

I retired 2 months ago now, the old back couldn't take the truck anymore☹☹

Back before it was discovered as a holiday destination.

What’s the name of your wonderfull music in the beginning. Albert the Netherlands 🇳🇱
If it is the Introduction music then it is "Silver Dollar by Roy Edwin Williams"
All of the other music is listed in the video description.
Thank you 👍
I think Daly Heads is a surf beach? Not sure
Could be. Would love to see some really high surf waves one day.
