Wow thats awesome, we didn't do 2 of those which just shows you how big and vast Australia is, always more to see! Enjoy Perlubie, it is such a magical spot!
Great video, after the Nullarbor we did coastlines of both York and Eyre Peninsula and 5hen to Flinders and now in the Barossa. We can’t do off grid but what a great time we had and what stunning coastline. We stayed at Pt Turton for 3 nights and is a great place, and the pub food is great 👍 Flinders was amazing and so green as have had a lot of rain. Enjoyed this type of video. Hope you are both well and over your sickness and looking forward to you being back on the road with Mr Bob 👍😃
That sounds like an amazing trip! Yes the pub is good at point turton. I can't believe the Flinders are green that must look amazing, it was so dry when we visited. Sounds like you are having a great trip and hope you are enjoying it! Thanksnfor the feedback and support as always!
Oh wow, Lincoln was great. The Balery in Lincoln does the BEST pies if you can get there! A little jel that you are there and gope the weather turns it in for you!
Thanks Derek , another great video. Loved this format, very informative. You and Sue are both very natural and tell it how it is . Always look forward to your adventures. Cheers..and thank you. Peter
Good tip about the need for cash, always a good idea to have some $5, $10 and $20 notes can also save the day if eftpos not working and you need a feed or some fuel.
Thanks for the great coverage of SA . Being a local here. We've always said we have some of the best coastlines in the world especially for surfing at cactus
Loved this episode and it provided lots of information about SA camps that we can refer back to when we get to go to SA. I loved the way Deryck narrated this episode, but just a tip for next time. When your just talking the view behind is also entertaining so this would have been better narrated outside with a view behind you. Even a view of your van is relevant more then being inside a house. In the episode where you were sitting around the fire and smoke got in Sues eyes so she moved. Watching Bob in the background was entertaining too. The concept of doing a review of a states camps is a great idea.
Cheers fella!! We are doing the Eyre Peninsula this Jan and will be stopping at some of those beaches:D Hope the weather holds up for us. Keep up the great work
Thanks so much for promoting SA camping! We live on the Fleurieu Peninsula and during Covid explored our state more than ever and loved it! One place which we really love is Kangaroo Island, beaches and wineries are spectacular! Highly recommend it.
Eyre peninsula has so many places in addition to where you went, but yes i know you can't do them all (in one hit anyway). Fowlers Bay, Cactus, Cape Spencer, Smoky Bay, Venus Bay, Elliston, Dampier Creek etc etc. I'm itching to go back there when i can. Thanks for ramping up my appetite to get back!
Wow what incredible footage and great information, you really have opened our eyes to exploring SA. I hope recovers quickly. Have safe travels and great times together, 1 last thing brother no need to apologise when family is sick they always come first and everyone with half a heart would totally understand. ❤👍

Guys top effort for a flash back video , you could/should do more of them make it a regular midweek quickie once a month ! You have been lots of places now in ya journey’s so you might set a trend by doing them ( I know a lot of work ) and it will add to your content ,may increase your viewership, Fishing 🎣 ones , best worst roads one , best weather versus ratshit weather lol , best sunsets sunrises. Even a funniest experience, any way keep Bob Bob Bobbin along 👍👍🍻

Question I want to ask you is
Do you worry about the sand and salt, driving on the
Beaches as you do? All the best to the three of you ❤Bob
Thanks so much, yes we are very aware of salt water on the vehicle. Make sure to wash it down properly.
Yes we do but try and look after our gear as much as we can. When we travel on the coast, I try at least rinse the car off every 2 days or when there is a wash bay 🙌🏻
