Like Daskalos always said: Don't be interested in the depression, don't attend to it and this elemental will go away. But first it might come back 7 times stronger, still don't be interested in it and then it will leave completely.
Your comment makes my jaw drop.................... Your comment is another clue/ truth/ a golden nugget in my life.... In 2015 I was "studying" Islam and a guy once told me that the devil will come to those who are living clean a.k.a not indulging in things which are bad for the mind body and spirit. When someone is already depressed, than the devil leaves the person there and search for new victims. It's an energy, a force. It will knock on the minds door, trying to seduce and distract (like the devil does) untill you stay strong enough for it to leave permanently, exactly as you said. Wauw

Perhaps there is an egregore of depression connected to one's energy as well as the elemental of other type of entity. Even with kinesiology one can test it out via the muscle testing protocols. This is more for therapists or when energy work is being done within patterns of the subconscious mind. There's still a need to learn and apply the Knowledge of Self in one's life concerning depression. There's always a reason why you are in this situation in the first place or not. You are always a part of the process of maturing toward the Whole Self in physical embodiment. There's no magic pill in these matters....

Looking back I genuinely know it was not me who pulled myself out of depression, but a journey of understanding and remembering myself with the Divine. Life reflected to me where I needed to change my inner beliefs, and also lead me to situations that helped cultivate that healing no matter how painful it seemed. Also, becoming a mother was the greatest catalyst. Only the Beloved could have orchestrated such a journey of healing that brought me out of this to create a beautiful mental foundation within.
@pratapdas8116 I was once there too friend. Archangel Raphael speaking through Jabeen said people naturally pull energy from each other via our astral fields - not usually intentionally but sometimes even intentionally. He said people with lower energy naturally draw energy from people having more, regardless of their reason for being depleted (often they have been depleted by others feeding on their own energy). Raphael said our astral fields are our interface with all other life, so that kind of continual interaction cannot be shut down, but our fields need to be often cleansed and recharged. He said it is vital that we recharge them often, which can be done via time in nature, on the earth, in sunlight, especially among trees. He even advised doing this several times a day. Too much silence and solitude can be dangerous for most people, because they do not know how to keep the mind from running amok. Time alone tends to cause depression if the mind is not silenced, driving people to depression and hopelessness and nihilism. We are blessed that the archangels are offering us clearings much more viscerally now, we are getting more help reaching us from the higher planes of divinity at this turning of the age.
Once i got out of depression of nihilism by focusing on releaving the sufferings of others. Loving others and showing compassion for a living removed the desire to not exist. Love... in the compassionate sense not the romantic sense saved me. Never use romantic love unless focusing on God. Romantic love leads to obsession, depression etc when not reciprocated. Compassionate love never looks for reciprocation.
Currently being in Auroville. Since I started coming to Auroville I have grown very fond of the profound teachings of Sri Aurobindo and the mother. It is very true that deep depression is indeed an outside force, I experienced it myself many years ago, it took years of hard work to free myself of it. Years later I read a book of an old Danish mystic Johannes Anker Larsen. The Philosopher's Stones an accurate description of what I had experienced. It is like a fog coming in under the door creeps along the floor up your legs engulfing you and making you cold and the colours fade. Years after I had escaped, I once entered a train and immediately felt the presence of this force, looked around and saw a pretty young girl and knew she was the one being possessed. To this day I regret that I didn't go and sat down next to her and try to help her. I simply was too shy. I always watch the videos of this channel every time a new one is released. Thankyou ❤
I have suffered from depression for the past 12-14 years. A lot of feelings were also responsible such as anger, envy, despair etc. For the past 3 years, my heart slowly turned towards spirituality. There are still ups and downs though. Meditation and other spiritual practices taught by Paramhansa Yogananda Ji help me through this difficult journey. I hope one day I may find the true purpose of my existence.
Hi lovely soul, I'm sorry to hear that you are suffering for so long... Myself since the last 3 years got depression. A voice from deep inside of me, a gut feeling, was screaming to comment on you with a message: Your true purpose of your existence is to just Be. I don't know if this helps you, I don't know what things are bothering you deep inside of you either. I don't agree with everything in this video. I have a book in my language called: You don't have depression, you do your depression. It offended me at first. However, I know I do it and "I like it" , a part of me wants to feel that way and it is strange for me to observe that, I felt connected with tthis video while he spoke about it. Some things i heard along the way are: You are not your body, you are not your mind. That means you are not your feelings and emotions neither your thoughts and the voice in your head. Thoughts and feelings are like pointers. Who you really are is the Observer. The awareness behind it all. Experiencing depression for me means that deep inside of me someone has started looking for all the answers from life. Childhood trauma's and the way how your brain works also play a big part in depression. We are not our past, however the past shaped our brain and believes about everything. I wanted to share a bit of my story in the hope it sparkes that light again inside of you, like starting a motor after a long period of not running. A few kick starts and the motor is on, that light sparks. I enourage you to continue learning and discovering about spirituality with a little warning; there is a lot of information and some seem contradictory. So receive it open, some information turns out false and some turnes out true true, because on the path of learning you will discover more. Oh and I reccomend 2 books: The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle and Becoming Supernatural by Joe Dispenza. The last one i haven't read yet but man, that man is amazing with what he teaches. I wish you strenght and love on your journey

I'm sad to inform you, but there can be no long term depression without an elemental/larvae forming. It's just the mechanisms out of the Universe. You can definitely have bad karma, but part of that bad karma would involve having these entities because you can't avoid Universal laws. Those entities would be a part of that karmic load.

Thank you. That’s very wise to use depression as a springboard. I’ve often viewed it as a way to take a step back to gain the momentum needed to clear a gap that you can’t clear from where you’re standing now - very similar idea. If we are seeds, we can’t let being planted in the ground cause us from becoming - we can’t flower until we are planted in the ground as seeds.
Saying things like depression is some attack from the outside leads to misunderstanding in today's world, i think. Spiritual bypassing is a real thing and it's importain to understand that the dark things are a part of oneself and require attention and love, not running away to the light. Balance is key. Also working with Kali is good if you are depressed.
Ones self is formless. Your position denotes a severe lack of understanding. Our being only gives positive loving feelings. God/Love is just that, it's not a combination of Love/Death. Love comes from within, death comes from without. We fight death, we don't confuse it as us.😊
I had the very same thought, nozari28. Of course depression can come from within and manifest real inner problems, such as misunderstanding or confusion. That everything inner is pure and that everything impure is outer, is a simplification that will leave people utterly lost in difficult situations. And open to spiritual abuse.

I am in the bouts of deep depression right now. Having run through the gambit of medications, there hasn't been an available solution through them. Only when I have brief moments of clarity and surrender does the weight of depression lessen; but with depression, I often get lost in the fog and the woods.

Quite true. Depression is an anathema to the Soul. However, in this world of duality, each soul goes through the karma it has created (in some life or, perhaps, many lifetimes). These experiences are for the learning of each soul. The initial trigger to depression may be external (acquaintances, occult forces etc.). To remedy this, solitude and silence (e.g. meditation) are necessary. However, to rebalance the internal prana is beyond the pale of the average practitioner, because one has become so used to being depressed. It requires relearning Joy, Love and Happiness and being in the moment. And this comes only through the Grace of the Divine. 💌🙏
@AdamSchrader Even Jesus cried out on the cross. On the spiritual path, after a certain point, despite our best efforts, suffering happens (FOR you). Just surrender; give up trying and give in. "Not my will, but Thine be done."🙏 Suffering or Samadhi, the Universe has you in its loving arms 🌸
For me, i never fought against depression. I let it run its due course within me. During that phase, i prefer to be left alone and stay aloof and focus on the inner silence. Once the depression has run its course, it sort of baptizes me and i feel reborn once again!
I became an hysteric in 2019 when my GF left me, diagnosed with adjustment disorder, the preliminary diagnosis for PTSD. But she returned and we got married. I'm waiting for her now. She has depression: relates how it can be physically painful to sleep. Bad sleep is a sign. Her son is Anti-Social Personality Disorder with a history of criminality and is a fentanyl user, so she has anxiety too. He and his father left our county for the Sierras and ghosted her, the latest in the saga. We try to cultivate happiness in the face of my schizophrenia, her sons Substance Use Disorder, and what we read and watch of the news. Happiness is something you do, it doesn't happen to one from the object purchased. Youre happy if shopping makes you happy, it could be the Dollar Store but for some people like my wife, the act of shopping is the happiness 😊
Spiritual happiness can come from reading spiritual teachings 1 hr a day and spending time in inner communion with God in meditation, as Paramahamsa Yogananda explained beautifully. 🙏🏼
I’m sorry to hear about your predicament. There are ways to assist yourself and your wife in ways that do not require much time or effort or money, and this way is by reciting powerful spiritual mantras, which call on the great help and assistance from beings with immense spiritual power, who can hear you and assist you instantly. One of these beings is known as “Guan Yin,” or the Bodhisattva of compassion. She is known as “the one who hears the sounds of the world.” If you recite her name, simply saying “Guan Yin,” either mentally or out loud, you will be helped, and your life will transform. Even said once will have profound effects. Never mind said 7 times. Nevermind said 30. Nevermind said 30 times per day.
Bring smaller expectations closer today, and with some success be gratefully happy, remember it tomorrow, and begin again with small close hopes, our ultimate hope being the one Who is here we wish to enjoy, with others and-or when alone. What promise have we but that trust in God is as difficult even though faith is of and from the same God everywhere in us.
Compassion and empathy can cause depression..watching others suffer affect you. Sometimes i feel some spiritual paths are teaching psychopathy. Jesus wept. There are outside demonic forces that we believe are our own thoughts.. that is a real thing. Mourning the death of a loved one is not an outside force. Even though the other is outside. When you love someone they are not truly outside.
Can u please please make a video on the history of astrology the source and its significance and how precise it is. What form is study it is in Hindu dharma
Suffering and depression must have been the goal in this incarnation, perhaps karmic lessons. Life in this body is fleeting and I feel that this life was 20 lifetimes in one, I accept it and hope I learned the lessons, made me a kind and empathetic person who looks down at no one and sees oneSelf in All.🔱
What about hopelessness? I was nihilistic until I had my daughter unexpectedly. Now I cannot afford nihilism, but it’s been replaced with an underlying sense of anxiety, anger, irritation borne of the pressure I feel to provide a future for her that I’m unsure is even possible anymore. Not possible for me to provide or her to have due to problems completely out of my control.
If you recite the 6-syllable mantra of compassion every day - OM MANI PADME HUM - then you will create the karma to be able to provide for your daughter and overcome your negative emotions.
Ajahn Buddhadassa noted that the absence of Sukah (happiness) was an impediment to Samma Samadhi. Depression is a blockade to full Samadi. May we all find relief. Turn inwards- the ''news' is false and manipulated. Fall not prey to the mind poison!
I agree on almost everything else but the part about nihilism. That's misunderstanding what nihilism means. If life is absolutely meaningless (which it is) there's nothing negative about it. Meaning is a construction of our mind and one we need in the relative domain but it would be a trap to consider it actual. Another minor point I think is a bit misleading is to say that depression is an outside force since there is no such distinction in reality as outside or inside. It could be helpful to not identify with the depression though.
That is not what is being said here. Cultivating silence does not tell you to have apathy for people. But yes, some isolation is required along with devotion. Devotion for either God or humanity. Whatever is easier for you.
"Set aside for the divine purpose" I will set nothing aside for whatever "purpose" someone else imagines I might have. Also, depression is a medical diagnosis. This is dumb.
“If the mind…does not respond to outer things, depression is impossible. The Self at one end, the stone at the other, never get into depression.” This sounds like horrible advice. The whole issue is "The greater the fantasy, the lesser the reality." You fight depression by responding to that outer force with a wall, not withdrawal (if you can't overcome it). If you can overcome it, eliminate the problem.
Without going deep on the topic, I can say that engagnig on physical activity was one factor that helped me enormously to overcome depression... Happily I can say that is possible to defeat that horrible curse.

First. I love your vids. They're so good and educational too.
Amazing video . Anyone watching this video, I'd like to add that not all videos will come of help now . If I watched this 2 years back, I wouldn't have understood a word .
Anyways, Carl Jung's teachings are also amazing for depressed people .
The soul is like a bullet ricocheting off surfaces, untouched by the fleeting nature of life and death -Sri Lahiri Mahasaya
Beautiful message, and shows the perfect side how these things unfold
I need to share this with many♥️⚛️♥️⚛️♥️
Saying things like depression is some attack from the outside leads to misunderstanding in today's world, i think.
My Guru Nithyananda loves and glorifies Sri Aurobindo. He spoke a few times extensively about the wisdom of Sri Aurobindo.
Wow now I AM 100 PERCENT SURE AUROBINDO IS FRAUDSTER
@@deveshsingh8159same!! Every time I see one of these comments, it makes me so much less likely to EVER give it a shot.
I understand marketing is a thing and every field is becoming crowded and competitive these days. This sort of campaign is deceptive, though, which is simply not good business. 🤦🏻♀️I have occasionally wondered if the authors were fully aware of what type of marketing they had purchased.
This is how Satan influences you. Taking you away from good. You are trapped.
I am in the bouts of deep depression right now. Having run through the gambit of medications, there hasn't been an available solution through them. Only when I have brief moments of clarity and surrender does the weight of depression lessen; but with depression, I often get lost in the fog and the woods.
Try joy of living or in love with the world by mingyur Rinpoche i was in depression for over a year or more but meditation helped me i used to think how will this disappear but strangely it gets well just like how depression came .It goes away too very strange not today or tomorrow but it does with time but it's does take alot of time but I assure you it does takes times you have to be patient and a bit strong too but it definitely gets well❤
The more calibrated I become, the larger the attacks from acquaintances. I can not seem to become immune to the negative transaction that takes place.
@AdamSchrader Even Jesus cried out on the cross.
On the spiritual path, after a certain point, despite our best efforts, suffering happens (FOR you). Just surrender; give up trying and give in. "Not my will, but Thine be done."🙏
Suffering or Samadhi, the Universe has you in its loving arms 🌸
The voice is back!
Excellent video (as always)
She is known as “the one who hears the sounds of the world.”
If you recite her name, simply saying “Guan Yin,” either mentally or out loud, you will be helped, and your life will transform. Even said once will have profound effects. Never mind said 7 times. Nevermind said 30. Nevermind said 30 times per day.
good video👍🏻 i came out of depression by doing Bhakti 🙏🏻❤️
Always awesome content 🎉
Can u please please make a video on the history of astrology the source and its significance and how precise it is. What form is study it is in Hindu dharma
I really liked ur videos ❤
Suffering and depression must have been the goal in this incarnation, perhaps karmic lessons. Life in this body is fleeting and I feel that this life was 20 lifetimes in one, I accept it and hope I learned the lessons, made me a kind and empathetic person who looks down at no one and sees oneSelf in All.🔱
Well said brother 🙏

What about hopelessness? I was nihilistic until I had my daughter unexpectedly. Now I cannot afford nihilism, but it’s been replaced with an underlying sense of anxiety, anger, irritation borne of the pressure I feel to provide a future for her that I’m unsure is even possible anymore. Not possible for me to provide or her to have due to problems completely out of my control.
If you recite the 6-syllable mantra of compassion every day - OM MANI PADME HUM - then you will create the karma to be able to provide for your daughter and overcome your negative emotions.
Let it go-oh-oh-oh-oh* (*set to Blow by Kesha 🎼🎵🎶🎵🎼)
Can u help by making videos on how to b aware in dreams n about sleep n dreams state in relation with spirituality.
Depression = extreme attachment to expectations
Ajahn Buddhadassa noted that the absence of Sukah (happiness) was an impediment to Samma Samadhi. Depression is a blockade to full Samadi. May we all find relief. Turn inwards- the ''news' is false and manipulated. Fall not prey to the mind poison!
May i ask what the name of the chant around the 10min 30 mark? Thank you
I agree on almost everything else but the part about nihilism.

So basically lock yourself and be an asshole to anyone... nope sry I already tried that 😕
That is not what is being said here.

Just play sports
“If the mind…does not respond to outer things, depression is impossible. The Self at one end, the stone at the other, never get into depression.” This sounds like horrible advice. The whole issue is "The greater the fantasy, the lesser the reality." You fight depression by responding to that outer force with a wall, not withdrawal (if you can't overcome it). If you can overcome it, eliminate the problem.
it's bad news for psychologists and psychiatrists 😅
Trauma, depression, stress, cortisol and diabetes is what I'm saved from through the death of God in Christ Jesus of Nazareth 😅🤣😂
