She needs a large stroller that Kamron can sit upright in and that will allow him to lay down to sleep. One with large wheels and some kind of mesh to keep the bugs out. They aren't cheap but Kamron would be able to see what's going on around him better if he could sit up. It would help Narges too, she wouldn't have to carry Kamron everywhere. He's getting too big and heavy for her to carry him all of the time.
