    hope you live through it and I will be watching your videos this is all new to me I have never seen anyone drink that much olive oil I lost 200 lbs by only eating sardines and jello and food once in a while like once a week I year 200 lbs. this olive oil thing just might work. wishing you the best man

    Don’t go to the extreme with diets. A good diet consists of a variety of healthy foods and extra virgin olive oil should often times be one of them but this is going to take a toll on you. In the blue zones they eat a variety of locally produced foods not just one thing, they live long because of variety and balance of healthy non-ultra processed food and everyday physical activities.

    If followed consistently a good balanced diet in a roughly 500 calorie deficit combined with weights and cardio 5 days a week is all you need. None of these crazy fad diets will produce long term results if you can’t actually stick with it long term. You’ll just keep having massive ups and downs.

      it was acute from kidney stones in both kidneys at the same time. i couldnt urinate for 2 days
