Fran Brown is a multisport athlete from the UK. Fran is a Para-athlete with a C4 incomplete spinal cord injury. A 2 x world Paraclimbing Champion and Paratriathlon World Championship Bronze Medalist, Fran was also gold medalist at the 2017 UCI Ostend Paracycling C1 World Cup Road Race.
After falling off a ladder at work, it took Fran several years of training in the gym just to get back into the climbing wall. In 2014 she successfully defended her title of World Paraclimbing Champion which she first won in Paris in 2012.

Fran has had way more practice than I have, so far. But my climbing video's will eventually be even better than Fran's :D
