The gear that touches the gear on the back of the clutch basket the one that connects to the crank mine has some playing it could be a war down keyway because I know it has a key way or is it supposed to have a little bit play
It really depends on how much play really. You need roughly 3-5 thousandth (.003 to .005) of backlash between the gears for oil clearance. You don't really see a woodruff key wear. Generally they just break. I would pull it off just to check the key and key slot in the gear if it's really slopy.
On my mator, the «clutch flag» is squeezed out in the same way as in the video, but the clutch package does not unclench, and the moment continues to be transmitted to the wheel😢
@34:10 into it there when you out that rod in , do you remember what way the washer faced when you set it in? I know you changed the way you did it later but I couldn't really see.
Your videos are very detailed. Very helpful when I did in to rebuild my kx125
Did you heat the bearings or freeze the crank or anything for it to just drop together like that as I had some trouble with mine 94 kx 125
This is why I would draw the case pic on cardboard and put the bolts in the cardboard holes in the diagram .
On the clutch, how tight do you get the 10mm bolts holding the springs?
Not tight at all. 5-7 foot lbs. Don't over do it as those towers on the clutch boss are pretty fragile

Thank you a lot
