Hello, thank for you videos. I was wondering if you have any advice to a young man who suffers from chest pain at night that makes him wake up at night. What are the possible causes and what are the tests to do in order to make the right diagnosis? Thank you in advance.

Thank you for your clear explanations.
Which kind of ECHO (or other investigations) should a GP refer a female patient of age 51, if the Conclusion of a 24 Hour holter states:
Sinus rhythm heart rate 45 - 132 bpm.
Sinus bradycardia and sinus tachycardia noted.
    No ventricular ectopic beats.
    Very occasional supraventricular ectopic beats.
    Few SV runs and couplets.
14 patient's events without ECG changes.
    No significant pauses.

I had one yesterday with bubble contrast. It was completely painless, and took about 35-40 minutes.
