I feel like if you're getting a tote, its size needs to be atleast medium to large, no? Otherwise it kinda defeats the function of one. Might as well wear a regular closing/zipping purse if you're choose small. But I also understand people just like the shape even if it's small, so that's okay :)
You must also take into consideration that the straps need to be strong enough to carry weight. These don't seem to be strong enough to carry a laptop + everyday life.

I have the large and still is not big enough i think the style is uniqe but it also take awai space.
You lose space with the way the bottom is designed for sure!
