    What is the different between the regular Row N Ride and the Squat Assist? How do I know which one is bests for me?

      On the Row-N-Ride PRO, the resistance is provided by a hydraulic cylinder. This is able to provide 12 different resistance levels, in comparison to the three levels using resistance bands on the Upright Row-N-Ride Rowing Machine. The PRO can also accommodate up to 300 lbs and the optional resistance bands on this machine offers variety of ways to exercise.

    It’s great work out, but I don’t know why don’t get more down? You ride in middle but the seat is pretty down?

      Great question! Since this is a HIIT workout, Sydney is squatting to 90 degrees because she is performing the movement quickly. She is squatting to this depth to maintain proper form and to perform the exercise safely.
