I have this machine and it works very well, gives a good workout. Also have the Sunny Health and Fitness mini-stepper which is pretty good as well.

Can you use this machine for longer continuous cardio for 30+ minutes at 130-150HR?
Does it make much noise?

is the Row N Ride Pro model suitable for a shorter person iam 5 foot or few inches under 5 foot iam also not sure how the hydraulic cylinder works do you have to refill it or somthing iam not very sure can someone please let me know thankyou X

I've seen other videos of people using them, and the machine is silent in every one. I live in an upstairs apartment, but I intend to buy this machine once I have the spare cash. I don't think it should disturb my neighbors.
@@Rose0004 It is virtually silent. The workout however is much too easy to be useful if you are in any kind of good shape.
