We cant blame poverty, mental health and drugs. Bring back discipline.

This is absolutely tragic! The younger generation has absolutely no respect for the elderly these days, whether inside or outside a family, or even on the streets in public. It is an absolute shame. It is rare to find young people who still respect the elderly.

The children in South AFrica are out of hand and need some serious discipline. In my day we got the crap whacked out of us if we misbehaved and today there are no adults crying abuse!!! No discipline is what we witness from government offices to hospital wards where protocols and human dignity is thrown to the side and that is what the youth sees everyday and that is what makes them so undisciplined.

If you don't want your 18 months old to cry, you parent will cry when that child turns 18 years old. Discipline is very important for a child's education. Bring back Discipline to schools as we are seeing teachers are even afraid to Discipline learners at school because the kids have more rights than responsibilities or duties. The same way parents find themselves weak to Discipline their children because the government gives a lot of rights to the children.

Unemployment is the worst pandemic in our country mental health is one of the key contributors to such actions. The level of respect has dropped in the youth of today.
