This was my workout of yours with weights. I've done several of your bands workouts in the past when I was traveling. I enjoyed this! The cardio moves were a bit awkward to start, but I got the hang of them, and really liked how they were spaced throughout the workout to break things up and keep up the heart rate. I also liked the burnout at the end with focused drop sets - Nice format! Thanks for all your content!
This is the perfect back and bi's strength workout! 💪Lots of volume on the muscles, and that bit of cardio in between was great to raise the heart rate, and also for recovery between sets. Those drop sets at the end were an awesome burnout for the back and bi's, loved it! 🔥

That was great. With the Brachialas curl I felt less awkward doing single side rather then alternating. Loved the drop sets to finish, whooh, arms are shaking. 💪🔥👏🏻
That was challenging and fun! I felt the burn and pump, especially in the biceps! 💪I agree, it is a bit hard to really challenge the back with dumbbells. I compensate by increasing the tempo and adding pulses when I can. My biceps were tapped out after those drop sets at the end! 😅I liked the format, nice to have some cardio rounds to break up the strength work. 👍 I hope you enjoyed your Canada Day activities 😊
