i made this cheesecake for thanksgiving. it looked exactly like lauras. it was as easy as she made it look. and the taste,😍. we had no left overs. ive been asked if ive talken culinary classes as my cooking has been over the top since i began watching laura. i just tell them that she makes me not afraid to try new things in the kitchen. i share lauras videos with everyone. in addition she reminded me of some of the dishes my departed grandmother made so i have been trying to re create them. thanks laura for taking away my fear of cooking and reminding me how special family traditions are. lve you girl😘😘😘😘😘😘
My husband and I had his coworkers and their wives over for dinner. I was in charge of dessert. Lasagna dinner mind you, went right to your videos and found this recipe. I made it and they LOVED it. These people are the real "foodie" deals. Thank you so much. Easy and delicious!

Ok guys, if anyone is wondering whether to make this or not... YOU HAVE TO! Everybody in my family was in aaaaaaah and they loved it. I will never ever make any other cheesecake again... didn't even use amaretti cookies but regular Butterkekse/butter cookies (that's what they're called here in Germany) and it was puuuuuurfekt! Thank you Laura, I literally love your for this.

Hello i loved this recipe and always wanted to make it so today I decided to make it in time for thanksgiving tomorrow. Now I didn't use any liquor. My batter came out a bit thicker than yours and it is now in the oven. I'm praying it comes out right.

the first time I ever made cheesecake was this past thanksgiving I made Oreo and white chocolate raspberry, it blow my mind and my family away, I was so proud they swore up and down I bought it from the store lol but I know what kind I will be making next year!!!

i found those cookies in an import supermarket once, but they were soft and chewy ????? or maybe i ate something else? aaah everything in this recipe is expensive in my country or i don't know where to find (mascarpone, the italian cookies, vanilla paste) i will keep this recipe in the back of my mind, my mom loves cheesecakes and i hope i can make it for her one day *_*
