    can I flush my heater core while still installed in my truck, after regular hose flushing 3x I get no results I have no heat in the truck cab will this work to save me an expensive repair and give me heat!?

    If I am going to spend a day and a half or so to remove my heater core from my F-150 why not just replace it with a new one?!

      You flush it you don't remove it

    It's difficult to find this product. The regular CLR is almost everywhere. I see people using it on RUclips for their aluminum heater cores. My concern is that the regular CLR says that it's not recommended for aluminum. What do you think?

      Hi, thanks for your question! We reached out directly to CLR Pro corporate for guidance on this topic and this was their response: "We have tested this out on aluminum and show it not being abrasive and safe to use if used properly and not forgotten about. However, we always recommend that you stay prevalent and nearby. Checking on the heater core every 20 to 30 minutes. In terms of availability Grainger, Fastenal, MSC are great options depending on where you are located and we can possibly help from there."

      @@theblueprintcorporation your information backed by their response really helps a lot of people as we all have the same question! Thank you so much! I don't plan on forgetting it there and definitely will flush it out of the heater core with tons of water.
