      Who is hell is Prashant?? His days of reading and prediction is over...The India Alliance proved he is just a big mouth...and don't need his goofy expertise...He has political ambitions and can be a danger to the Alliance...Better they keep him away...anyway his image has also taken a beating..like Modi...

    • @manoalex6575

      As Yogendra said ..The India Alliance should stick together and seal the bond and don't allow MODI or his henchmen to infiltrate or make any inroads into any of the alliance parties or individuals in every state... especially were state elections are due...Build on the momentum and work just more harder to win in Maharastra.. Jharkhand and Haryana... double down and win as many Bi polls both Assy and loksabha seats...Dig in and bury the BJP at every seat...not even a sniff...The alliance should rather now sniff at BJP and allies... But seize these moments and keep the election mode and campaign just like how they did esp in TN .UP and Maharashtra...use all the social media tools and grass root workers and The Alliance leaders who shone in the 2024 Lok sabha elections...Don't let the opportunity pass with satisfaction...get back on the streets and blitz campaign and take huge advantages of the sentiments of the voters while it lasts...Also build up new leadership at MP.. Himachal..Andhra.and in other states were they are less in Assy and Lok Sabha seats...start seriously NOW.....

    An agreement between Modi and Chandrababu Naidu gave Naidu control over Andhra Pradesh in exchange for Modi securing MP support. Despite Modi's party having a low vote share in Andhra Pradesh, Naidu allied with him. Allegations claim Election Commission officials, supposedly appointed by Modi, enabled manipulation of postal ballots and EVMs, resulting in the Modi-Naidu alliance's victory, raising concerns about democracy in India.

NDA already had a pre poll alliance with TDP n JDU . In Bihar BJP didn't contest on all the seats. Then why do you hv doubt in BJP led NDA????

    Yogendra Yadav is said to have hit the jackpot. Actually it is joke pot. Just fluke after a series of poor predictions in the last few years. This is his first time. Law of averages playing a big part. He is a Psephologist and yet to show his numbers behind his predictions.
    Reasons attributable to the final outcome pre Vs post results show wide mismatch.
    • Delhi, UP, Karnataka, West Bengal were not foreseen or sensed, even with reasonable confidence. Results show massive swing against all predictions/expectations
    • MP also is a case in point. It has clearly bucked the trend. It remained stayput totally uneffected by the changes happened around it. It was expected to trend similar to the neighbor states particularly UP & Rajasthan
    Questions to be answered are;
    1. Given the similar political and demographic background why MP and UP behaved differently?
    2. Why Karnataka has returned good numbers for BJP once again after suffering big set back just a year ago?
    3. Why Delhi again voted for BJP?
    4. What explains Mamata's continued good show in West Bengol?

    • @lgopalakrishnan3181
      @lgopalakrishnan3181 16 дней назад +3

      Let me try answering your questions. You may not agree with my answers but such as they are, here they are.
      1. Given the similar political and demographic background why MP and UP behaved differently?
      In MP the reports say the “Ladli Behna” scheme, launched six months before the Assembly elections, influenced the women vote hugely in the BJP’s favour despite a strong potential anti-incumbency factor against the party.
      In UP the voters primarily the Dalits and the Muslims swung the vote in the INDIA alliance's favor supported by excellent candidate placement by the SP.
      2. Why Karnataka has returned good numbers for BJP once again after suffering big set back just a year ago?
      I rebut your premise that the BJP has done well in Karnataka. At best you can say they have not done as badly as generally expected. True that the BJP has lost only 1.41 percent of votes, compared with its performance in the 2019 polls but the ruling Congress's vote share has increased 56 per cent.
      3. Why Delhi again voted for BJP?
      This remains a mystery. Nobody has solved it yet. I will not indulge in useless speculations but the ground reports were strongly against the BJP. Relatives of mine in Delhi say they were confused by the symbols while voting.
      4. What explains Mamata's continued good show in West Bengol (sic!)?
      Bengal fortunately (like Tamil Nadu) is a strongly non-communal state. The BJP ideology does not work there. And the people in general were happy with the TMC's welfare schemes.
      I can understand your difficulty in accepting the election results but sitting in denial mode will not help. Wish you a healthy recovery.

      @@lgopalakrishnan3181
      @lgopalakrishnan3181
      Basic question raised here is about the credibility of the Psephologist.
      None of the answers provided above were identified/recognised as factors that might influence the election outcome in the prepoll predictions.
      Reasons identified for the expected poor performance of BJP, prepoll, were unemployment, price rise, Kisan factor, anti incumbency, poor performance/ governance etc which are not appearing in your pointed answers.
      Therefore, even though the overall predictions have come good yet the post poll preliminary analysis clearly points in different direction as far as the plausible reasons for the outcomes are concerned.
      Therefore credibility of correct predictions are questionable, rather it sounds fluke.
      I for one, being non political, non analysist and having no insight about the voter behaviour, poll % etc had made some observations which is more of speculative and intuitive kind of judgement. Mostly based on one single observation that this time there is complete absence of Modi wave and visible presence of general excitement about Rahul's impact/ performance.
      My comments were put in response to various YT interviews of M/s PK, YY, YD, PP, AIM etc who are very credible/popular experts as well as about exit poll discussions. The comments were made starting from around 21.5.24 onwards and all the way till 4.6.24. Unchanged even after exit polls.
      My observations were as below.
      • BJP would miss the 272 mark this time. PK/YY/YD/ Annamala..... not needed.
      • In such scenario BJP could still manage with the help of present NDA partners contributing up to 30 to 40.
      • 220±20 + NDA Allies = 260±30.
      • If BJP misses the mark by more than 50 then they would have to seek the support from outside of NDA.
      I had no good reason to argue then nor do I have any now.
      Good answers. Well taken.👍
      There is scope for deeper study and clarity will emerge only after the facts/details/causes are analysed and understood. Political parties as well as study groups are bound to do their exercise which they may or may not reveal.
