@@pt-7890 what tough questions do you want them to ask the opposition? He asked him about the INDIA alliance values, lack of power the congress have. Compared to the types of question the Central government and their leader fields these were indeed tough questions. Now, ask your PM to do a press conference and learn what does it mean to be answerabe to the people

UPA 2 was such a corrupt regime that Manmohan had become habitual Moun mohan singh. The entire world including Indians had written off India in UPA 2.
Nah, even prior to 2014 Indian journalists did not hold politicians to account, hence so much corruption was still there. Journalism plays a very important role in a democracy and, if anything, maybe Modi had a positive impact in waking people up to the fact that journalists need freedom and need to pressure our politicians.

Sachin was much much better than the interviewer. What a political talent in Congress. There is none in BJP like Sachin and Rahul and their team. It is a party of intelligent people. Not parochial like in BJP.
The Election commission of India has admitted on record that they did not take into consideration all the votes casted by the people. This itself raises the doubt whether the current ruling party even has the public mandate.

Britain has population of hardly 6 crores.

I appreciate how the interviewer highlighted the overconfidence of the Congress that Pilot is defending. If this interview had taken place in India, the interviewer might have been labeled as biased or Godi. I also admire how seamlessly Pilot mentioned the 70-year legacy, conveniently overlooking how these institutions were misused during the Emergency and altered by the 42nd Amendment.
Mr. Pilot, you have shown how a gentle man presents his views convincingly on the world stage. You and Rahul make a difference.
