Absolutely the best klang volume. In Pianohaus, Cologne I could test Bösendorfer. It is my dream from now on.

Very nice video! It's nice of you doing this for free on youtube. You deserve more credit. However i have a question. Is the sound quality better on the 225 than on the 214? where are the exact differences? i know there a 4 more keys on the 225, but how does that justify twice of the amount of money? Thank you!

      Hi Jakob,
Thank you so much for your comment.
Although the 225 IS more expensive than the 214, it is not twice the price. The differences between these pianos are too many to discuss here. We may do a future video on that very subject. In the meantime, if you would like a more in depth discussion, please email us at piano@cunninghampiano.com or call us at (800) 394-1117.

Hugh, why would Bosendorfer add a piano sized at 214 when they have such a popular model in the 225 which is only 4" different in size? Is there some other difference between these two models besides size ? Enjoyed your playing and video. Thank you.

Hello Eric! Thank you for your comment.
Although Bösendorfer has 2 famous models, the 225 (at 7'4", with 92 keys) and the venerable 200 (at 6'7", with 88 keys) the 214 is a 7 ft. model with 88 keys. It is more popular than the 200 here in the United States, due to it's power, and is less $$ than the 92 note 225.
Thank you so much for your compliment and feedback, Eric.
