THIS IS MY BROTHERS 79 KAW. I TOOK THIS VID ON SUPER BOWL SUNDAY. IT USE TO BE BUMPED OUT TO 1150 BUT HE HAD IT TAKEN BACK DOWN TO 900. CHECK OUT THIS WHEATHER TOO, ITS CALI IN THE WINTER TIME BABY!
kz750 was my first bike. After putting a 4 into 1 kirker header on it I knew that I was the shit !! I swear, I used to wake up like in the middle of the night, suit up, and just ride without a destination!! I even turned down pussy on many occasions just to be on my bike!! this right here that u have is a real beauty and I can appreciate the work u put into customizing that kawasaki. Respect due to the owner of this classic superbike!
@Reduxalicious The original engine is a 900, whoever built the engine bored the barrels out to the maximum thats why they cracked. He had the barrels taken off and put another set of 900 barrels on with 900 pistons. So now its back to 900cc.
@stunter956 Thats a good size kit for that bike because you're not taking it out to far. You might want to put a oil cooler on it if you don't already have one. the bigger the engine the hotter they get.
I own these type Kawasaki's DAMMIT, these are the baddest bikes ever made to mankind!!! I got 3 of these Kawasaki Z-1 and KZ's, love these bikes better I love my Wife!!! Lol
Sup big Tony. Jon Jon PattyTracks. Hit me up w/ ur email. We need to Drag ur Suz. out. When we going riding. That is a fast bike. Opened it up on the backstretch of PattyTracks.
That would be real tight. All you would see is zuks and kaws low and riding slow stretched side winders winding out at high rpms making that old school sound “No Baffles" LOL. We would be some Bad Motha foe yahs. When is the next Bike week and when. I’m so out of tune with that. Does your brother still have his Kaw???
I like that Kaw Dawg Pound. I Luv that joint it looks good. I have a 1974 Kaw with a 78 motor with the 1075 kit. The crank was changed on it. It has a lot of back presure. If you kick to fast you might break your leg.
@dalotel Well, he bought it from a white dude down in Corona,CA and that guy got it from two white dudes who built the bike. If you want to make dumb comments, go find another vid.
May be a the next bike week we need to get all the KZ and the GS's together and ride ole school. Kaws KZ and Suzukies GS from all a cross the country meet up.
@stunter956 His barrels were cracked and he had some other problems with it and at the time he didn't have the funds to replace everything at the 1150 size. He told me that he wants it back to 1150 now because its hard to get use to the loss in power. I have a 80 suzuki bumped out to 1168 and we came out of a turn one day and I walked away from him and he said that he wants his bike back the way it was.
What up jon, haven't seen you in a long time. email is rockhead20@juno.com. My suzi was down but I'm getting it back together. I had two leaks in the gas tank which I got fixed but I fucked up the bondo on the tank but I'm about to have it back going by June. I opened up Mikes bike on the backstretch too and damn near lost control of the shit. His bike still runs good.
@chillicobra That swingarm was on there when he bought the bike. The only thing he changed was the paint job. It had ghost flames on it and he had it re-painted with the dark flames on it.

No one wants to hear what THE MAN has to say.
Sweet bike. Nice to see an old kow running.
Correction, the front rim is suzuki
Sweet bike, I like everything but the chrome door molding on the edges of everything
He tried to get me to put that molding on my bike but I didn't want to.
Nice KZ though
