Great video. I actually figured out that my RTX 3070 suffers from the same exact issue. Also found a hole in the small mosfet controller + no power to 5V rail. However, I cannot find this controller anywhere. Does it have to come from a donor board? Would appreciate your insights!

@@GraphicsCardRepairs-tk7ql Thanks for your reply. I actually already found that component. I am however still looking for the small little mosfet gate controller chip, in your video it is the one where you find a hole in it. In my case this chip is also damaged with a hole, probably shorted
Nice repairs but you didn't mention (if I'm right) what was the no picture issue after the repair. You said you would clean the HDMI ports but you didn't say anything afterwards.
I'm sorry if I have misunderstood. This repair was for not detected. For the HDMI ports just cleaning of the ports with isopropyl alcohol was required and that solved the issue. I'm sorry if I missed out. I will have to go back to the video and look into it. I think this card the display was ok
@@GraphicsCardRepairs-tk7ql I know the original fault and I saw the whole process in the video but I wasn't sure what happened at the point where everything was right and you had no picture on the screen. So apparently dirt inside the HDMI was the culprit.
@@nikolaskallianiotis8622yes I went back and watched the video. Yes after measuring the port I cleaned the ports with isopropyl alcohol and that fixed the port. I did not have that on video.
Hi i have this card rtx3070 that's missing the voltages from the 2 phases that control the memory Also the 0.9v I guess vcore?.
I was wondering on modern gpus in what order are the voltage rails turned on so I don't troubleshoot in the wrong order. Thankyou
12v and 3.3v >> 5v >> 1.8v >> 0.7v core >> 0.9v pex >> 1.3v Memory

As you work on cards you will get the hang of it. You will get to understand how it works. Richard from Learn electronics repair also shares this info on his discord and also in one of his videos where you can download the image.
where do i obtain one of those chips for the 5v as i am too not getting output

Part Number for the 5v IC replaced in the Video is MP1475DJ. This part you can purchase from Mouser Electronics or Aliexpress.
