Sir I have watched many keyboard players in my time I am now 79 years old and in my mind, you are without doubt the best I have ever been privileged to witness please keep on making your most enjoyable videos, who knows I might pick up some good ideas from you even at my late stage in life I have just upgraded to a Genos 2 from a Yamaha 9000 pro . Just one last thing I would like to say "On a scale of 1-10 I would have to give you 11" Thank you Joe Grixti
Much appreciate your channel. I'm a new Genosn2 user, just got it and love it. Had many arrangers before this one. most of them Yamaha, I believe they are the biggest blast for the buck. Keep up the great videos.
Leigh you never fail to impress, what you achieve with this keyboard is just astounding, thank you so much, it is fascinating. What is wonderful also is your sense of humour and that you are so generous and help those Genos 2 owners to get so much more out of theirs. We need more people like you in this world.God bless. Pat. 🎼🎼🎼
Thank you for all your demos. I have to sell my SX900 or my PSR970 and then I' will be purchasing and your videos have made the big difference. I'm in United States
Leigh, I think your playing ability is just absolutely amazing. I stumbled across your channel a while ago after seeing someone else demo the Genos 2. I do not play myself but I love just listening to you making stuff up on the fly. I would love to see a video of just you literally playing random styles and made up music like you do, no explaining as you cover things in so much detail in other more specific videos. Keep playing and I will keep watching. Jeff from Bristol.
Hello Leigh, I like to watching your videos. You show very clearly how this keyboard could be used. You also give plenty of tips. Music is always a matter of taste. Everyone can generate their own ideas from your suggestions, it shouldn't be the keyboard's fault. Thank you for your videos and I look forward to the next one 👍 Greetings Stefan
Dear Leigh Wilbraham, I want to say that your videos are simple and honest, where can appreciate your talent as a keyboard player and at the same time understand in a simple way the different techniques to use with the Genos2. I congratulate you for this mix of professional ingredients. I would like to ask you some technical questions about your videos if you agree to do so. Do you have an email address I can write to you at? Thank you. Ricardo NRW Germany
I really enjoy the way you play and explain things, although I do not own the Genos. As a classical pianist/songwriter, I can see myself exploring sounds and combinations just as you do. Then the reality of the price tag hit me, along with the disappointing fact that it does not have 88 keys, especially at that price. Other than that, the sounds coming out of the instrument are amazing. Thanks for showcasing and sharing your talent, which is as impressive as the keyboard itself.
@@LeighWilbraham is it the CVP series or a button that you have to press while playing to extend the range? If is the button it may work while playing slow passages, but when you are playing fast the least I'm thinking is to hit a button to extend the range and pay attention to other things while recording. It gets a little challenging, especially when you creating a track for a customer.
Hi Leigh, great demo as always. I still have my Genos 1, which I still enjoy playing. I would to swap to a Genos 2 but just changed my car so G2 will have to wait a bit longer I’m afraid.
Have just ordered my Genos 2 - sounds amazing. (currently have Tyros 4.). Love your videos - very helpful. Do you have any covering West End show tunes please.
I'm guessing you were looking for the Hackbrett. Did you look in strings yet? I know that at least my psr-s650 has one in Strings and one in percussion. Anyway, absolutely great as always! Please keep those videos coming! I'm enjoying every single bit of them and I'm constantly imagining us meeting up and having fun with this thing together. Sounds silly, but that's how it is!
All your videos are great. However, concentration is all on Genos 2 now. Many of us like myself just can't upgrade to the latest new version whenever Yamaha releases one. I have Genos 1. You still need to incorporate both versions in any of your videos. Showing Genos 2, if you still have Genos 1, heres how you would proceed with its setup. Just my opinion. Thanks

Hi Leigh Have just upgraded from a sx 700 to a genos2, so am new to having to choose speakers. I know you have hs8 speakers which sound fantastic. Any chance you could elaborate on how you have them set up, eg controls on back of speakers and is there anything in genos 2 that you can link with hs8s. Thank you for all your great videos.
@@pkw2371 I’ve got the HS8 as they are out of the box. Nothing changed - the EQ settings and such are all done in the Genos. I have all my settings available on Genos Club which you can join by going to www. Patreon.com/genoaclub There’s also settings for pianos etc.
You are the reason I am buying one today 👍 👍
